Cops have everything they can, 45+ cops, ifaks that they spam, guns with 0 recoil, evidence/lockers that they can use while in the middle of no where, while crims have medkits that take 5 sec to use and doesnt help with bleeding or health need to use about 8 med kits to get full health and will probably take about 2mins
ifaks that have 0 weight so they can carry 40 of them.

it's a mechanic for the raid receipt. there is no other way to do it. they have to give the raid receipt before they leave the premesis... so how else are they supposed to do it when that is how the raid receipt system works? it's not powergaming.
