Rottiserie chicken is quite a common street food here in our place but this vid actually made me appreciate it even more. We usually eat it with rice, but I like how you ate it with bread, hummus, garlic mayo & pickles as if it was shawarma lol! I wanna try doing the same here👌

Try shaway chicken ( rotisserie chicken ) from Thalasseri Cafeteria in bur Dubai Near Al Rafa police Station. Ask them to make it with an extra masala , Rumali rotti instead of Khuboos and extra garlic sauce. Place is always busy. Might need who wait a bit. I can guarantee you it’s worth it.
I had roasted chicken today as well but dang....yours looks on a whole new level lol was the whole thing, like $7 ?

we once had this trend of rotisserie chicken here in India but it did not last long because of our tandoori culture where you get extra flavor of charcoal wood while cooking and the extra spices. this is mainly made raw with salt and sometimes red chilly powder, no marination or anything required.
There is something about pure toum sauce and any type of roasted chicken

Al Muttena area of Deira is great if you want to experience both arabic and indian foods at a reasonable price. If you want total Indian/South Asian food then near Meena Bazaar Bur Dubai or Karama on the Bur Dubai side

Rotisseries Chickien here in the Phillippines is no way underated thats for sure Hahaha but yes its something that you cant deny its a Food meant to have on every Occasion and even Simple Dinner with The Family!
