Gaur Gopal Das is an Electrical Engineer, having studied at the College Of Engineering, Pune.
After a brief stint with Hewlett Packard, he decided to upgrade his career to be a life coach. Sir I have a problem that I faced in a couple of days. In recent few months I became so alone and helpless, I became friendlee my family became my biggest weakness and I had been loosen my all strength to came out from this situation. I feel hopeless all the time. I became an overthinker , all the time I just think about those negative people who gave me so much pain. Now the situation is like that I don't have family friends and loved once, I don't have any guru who can understand my problem and gave me a solution. I just overthinking so much and felt that my head will be explored by the thoughts.
Can you give me some solution guruji. I'm so frustrated 😢

I felt the same thing in my life also. In my life I don't have any proper friend whom I trust and tell all my sins and virtues and the same thing is in my family also. My all relatives ignored me talk bad about me even infront of me. Sometime I thought why am I so alone in this world, how can I make meaningful relations with people 🙂
