    First attempt for 30 seconds not easy but very encouraging. Quads felt well worked proving I need this exercise. I'll definitely persevere. Thank you 😊

    This can't be performed by chondromalacia patella grade 3 and 4 patients. They will be automatically killed by the pain by kneeling their knee on the floor. Hence, no quads strength exercises for CMP patients.

    I’m just wondering if this is safe for a recently injured knee? I fell and kind of sprained/strained my right knee. It’s been looked at by the doctor who just prescribed anti-inflammatory drugs and to “take it easy but don’t stop moving it” Love your videos. I’m really feeling better about myself for the first time in a forever. Thank you so much.

    I Can go down and exercise but when I have to get up I just can’t, there’s any other positions I can try to strengthen my knees? Please advise.

    Badly wrenched my R knee by (accidentally) taking too big a step down from a step stool. Really hurts when I bend it - 6 weeks later. Not sure what I did, or if it will cooperate to do this. How can I get normal range of motion back?

    Brother I hv right knee joint infection and it's become straight I cannot bend my knee 🦵 can't bend , doctor ask me for knee replacement and many surgery but I haven't done any surgery, please tell me how can I make my right knee joint to bend and become flexible

    Never have surgery for neuromuscular problems. Elite athletes get the best surgeons. Everybody else like you and me get the rest.

    Taking exercise suggestions from a guy who has had 5 knee surgeries? Bad idea. You need to be researching strengthening the muscles BEHIND THE KNEE AND THE GLUTES. I’m 74 and I have had ZERO knee surgeries!
