I think that you and rce should do a battle choose something to make with rules and ones in a while and then you both try to make the best of that thing so make the fastest plane make the fastest land vehicle like this video something like that

few basic things :
-a longer wheelbase (the distance between the front and back wheels) make vehicles more stable
-wings meant for stabilisation should be as far back as possible from the center of mass, otherwise they are useless
-use the move tool to move the wheels further out and closer to the bottom of the vehicle, lowering the center of mass and massively increasing stability.

Keep the vehicle as LOW and wide to the ground as possible, wheels as far to the sides, that sort of thing

also disable friction control on the front most landing gear. It stops your craft from spinning out of control

Matt Lowne mentioned that turning off Auto Friction Control on the front wheels will help prevent the vehicle from speed wobbles. I don't know about the second suggestion, though, that there's always been an issue with wheels contacting the ground at such an extreme angle, which also causes that rotational issue. I hope this helps those chasing land speed records in KSP. :)

Use wings even for vertical stabilization. This will help prevent it from spinning

What was happening with the rolling is your landing gears on your main part of your weren't straight, so they made the craft un-balanced. You can solve this by rotating them
This is the way I learned it longer wheelbase for greater speed, Shorter wheelbase for more agility in terms. So I think you need to stretch out your wheelbase, No pun intended length is your friend.
Tip: put the aerodynamic surfaces so that the aerodynamic overlay is behind the center of mass because if it's in front, it will want to go backwards but cant because you're pushing it forward with an engine. So it just goes into an uncontrollable spin.

i've just did a Thrust SSC replica on my channel and did 2 good runs breaking the sound barrier on both and survived

It could be an F-15C Eagle, F-16C "Viper" Fighting Falcon, a Eurofighter Typhoon, A Dassalt Rafale or even a Mig-25 Foxbat, Su-24 Fencer, or a Gloster Meteor, Lockheed P-80 Shooting Star or Messerschmitt Me-262 Schwalbe (German: Swallow). Basically, as long as it's an Actual Jet Aircraft from the Military Forces around the World, Just have fun!
You were steering with the rear wheels too, disable them and it should go a bit better maybe

The record is 2 million taken by marticitopants for using a giant cannon pointed into the ground
you could have used an vertical stabilizer and that would have fixed lots of issues with your plane that is known as invalid by RCE
Love this game lol.
If you use rower wheal so body just not tuch ground. and dubbel stabilator on top like F-117 airplane. Use 2 smal stabilator over cockpit. use 4-5 par wheal/gear. Smal wing in front so give you downforce. you can have big rocket x2 full speed and hit +450m/s and still can survive esely. I just did it.

You need to add vertical tail fins to reduce the turning…
