But if you are feeling creative, draw or paint instead, do a collage with ephemera, do a sticker or washi bomb…Google some journal prompts. Make a list of your favorite foods, songs, tv shows, etc. The biggest thing for me is my journals are an extension of me. I don’t just use them to say what I did that day.
