This music makes me happy because it is so beautiful, but also sad because it reminds me of happy times with family and friends who are gone now. I am a bit melancholy missing my grandparents, parents, siblings, husband and other relatives. I long for those magical Christmas days when I was an innocent child sharing the excitement and joy of the season with my parents and brother and sisters. I am now alone. Cherish your family and try to overcome your differences…time passes all too quickly.
Your right Sue, there's no replacing those wonderful times with family we have all spent through the years. A very close family only makes the memories even harder and sometimes just the thought brings me tears. But I try to remember the blessings we did have being together as we try to pass that importance onto our children and grandchildren. We are a Christian family and have that wonderful promise and hope that as believers we will be together again, never to be separated and in the presence of our Lord . Separation is but for a short time in light of all eternity. Trust in Him for that day will surely come.....God bless...... Frank D.

3 ning olles usinad rahusideme kaudu pidama Vaimu antud ühtsust.
4 Üks ihu ja üks vaim, nagu te olete ka kutsutud üheks lootuseks oma
kutsumise poolest;

6 üks Jumal ja kõikide Isa,
kes on kõikide üle ja kõikide läbi ja kõikide sees.
7 Ent igaühele meist on antud armu Kristuse kingi kohaselt.
8 Seepärast ütleb Kiri:
„Tema on läinud üles kõrgesse, viies vangiviidud
vangidena kaasa,
ning on andnud inimestele ande.”
9 Aga see, et ta on läinud üles, mis on see muud, kui et ta on
esmalt tulnud alla maa sügavamatesse paikadesse?
10 Niisiis see, kes on tulnud alla, on sama, kes on ka läinud üles
üle kõigi taevaste, et ta täidaks kõiksuse.
11 Tema on see, kes on pannud mõned
apostleiks ja mõned prohveteiks ja mõned evangelistideks, mõned

15 vaid et me tõtt rääkides armastuses kasvaksime kõigiti selle
sisse, kes on pea - Kristus.
16 Temas on kogu ihu liidetud kokku ja hoitakse koos kõigi üksteist
toetavate liikmete abil, nii nagu on iga üksikliikme ülesanne. Sel
viisil saab ihu kasvujõu iseenese ülesehitamiseks armastuses.
Vanast ja uuest inimesest
17 Ma ütlen seda nüüd ja tunnistan Issandas, et keegi teist ei
elaks enam nii, nagu paganad elavad oma tühises meeles,
18 olles oma mõtlemisega sattunud pimedusse ning võõrdunud Jumala
elust neis oleva teadmatuse ja südame paadumuse tõttu.
19 Nende tunnetus on nüristunud ja nad on loovutanud end kõlvatusse
tegema ahnelt kõike roppust.
20 Teie ei ole aga niimoodi Kristust tundma õppinud,
21 kui te üldse olete temast kuulnud ja temas õpetatud, nii nagu
tõde on Jeesuses.
22 Teil tuleb jätta oma endise eluviisi poolest vana
loomus, kes laostub petlike himude käes,
23 ning saada uueks oma mõttelaadilt
24 ja riietuda uue inimesega, kes on loodud Jumala poolt elama tõe
õiguses ja vagaduses.
25 Seepärast jätke vale ja rääkige tõtt oma ligimesega,
sest me oleme üksteise liikmed.
26 Kui vihastute, siis ärge tehke pattu! Ärgu päike loojugu teie
vihastumise üle!
27 Ärge andke ka maad kuradile!
28 Kes seni varastas, ärgu varastagu enam, selle asemel tehku tööd
oma kätega, teenides ausalt elatist, et tal oleks jagada sellele, kellel on puudus.
29 Ühtegi nurjatut sõna ärgu tulgu teie suust, vaid rääkige ainult
seda,
mis on hea teiste ülesehitamiseks, et kuuljad saaksid armu.
30 Ja ärge kurvastage Jumala Püha Vaimu, kes on kinnitanud teid oma
pitseriga lunastuspäevani!
31 Kõik kibedus ja raev ja viha ja kisa ja teotamine jäägu teist kaugele
eemale koos kogu kurjusega.
32 Olge üksteise vastu lahked, halastajad, andestage üksteisele,
nii nagu ka Jumal on teile andestanud Kristuses.
5Kuula
Vanast ja uuest inimesest
1 Võtke nüüd Jumal eeskujuks nagu armastatud lapsed,
2 ja käige armastuses, nõnda nagu Kristus meid on armastanud ja on
iseenese loovutanud meie eest anniks ja ohvriks, magusaks lõhnaks Jumalale.
3 Aga hoorusest ja kogu rüvedusest ja ahnusest ärgu olgu teie seas
juttugi,
nõnda nagu on kohane pühadele.
4 Samuti riivatus ja rumalad sõnad ja sündsusetu lõõpimine ei sobi
teile, vaid selle asemel olgu tänu.
5 Seda teadke kindlasti, et ühelgi hoorajal ega
kõlvatul ega ahnitsejal - tähendab ebajumalateenreil - ei ole
pärandit Kristuse ja Jumala riigis.
Kristlasest kui valguse lapsest
6 Ärgu ükski petku teid tühjade sõnadega, sest niisuguste asjade
pärast tuleb Jumala viha sõnakuulmatute laste peale!
7 Ärge siis saage nende kaaslasteks!
8 Sest varem te olite pimedus, nüüd aga olete valgus
Issandas. Käige nagu valguse lapsed -
9 valguse vili on ju igasuguses headuses ja õigluses ja tões -,
10 uurige, mis on Issandale meelepärane,
11 ja ärge hakake pimeduse viljatute tegude kaasosaliseks, vaid
pigem paljastage neid!
12 Sest mida nad salajas teevad, seda on nimetadagi häbi.
13 Aga kõik valguse poolt paljastatu saab avalikuks;
14 sest kõik, mis saab avalikuks, on valguse käes. Seepärast on öeldud:
„Ärka üles, kes sa magad,
ja tõuse üles surnuist,
siis särab sulle Kristus!”
