I still keep coming back to Disciples 2 every year or so. I've never seen another game with such an atmosphere. Wish it gets the sequel it deserves one day.
it did get a good sequel. but the initial version was panned because as i heared it sucks. but the newer one, the reincarnation does it justice and it feels like a revamped disciples 2.
When you are battling Capital defenders or final bosses, but without overleveled over-potioned and buffed units, where every move counts, and you are in fear of making a move to see horrible consequences of wrong move, or miss, this music kinda pumps your fear and at the same time your inner battle hunger for victory
Kinda late to the party, but such steady and ominous music would definitely fit Darkest Dungeon battles. Jesus, I have not properly appreciated this track as a kid. It is creepy af.

yep. this game were the finest of what twategy first made before they got roasted by jim-fucking-sterling-son. it is SOOOOOOO goood. it even has a map maker so why didnt it become a strategy moba?
I cant get it out of my freaking head. It just echoes and repeats all day long. So deeply engages me! Obviously it matches my mood. I love it and i hate it/
@@deusvult4935 this would only be a real issue if you're legion. They don't have healers. However, a mage lord can just destroy your main party with spells. Especially a legion mage lord.
I cant find a normally seeded torrent of Disciples anywhere no more :( all I found wore addons that refused to work because I didn't have the base version.

Disciples 2 is one of the best game ever came out. I don`t like how Disciples 3 is made tho. They make the game look like heroes with that moving squares in disciples 2 your disciples cant move they only attack those that are infront of him or shoot the others or use magic but they don`t move...
I played Disciples 3 recently, for the first time. Though it entertains, it's feels and plays very differently from D2... vastly so. The music is one of the major downgrades I'd say... D3's being rather _too romantic and hopeful_ and this one dark and foreboding yet truly epic as well.

The voicelines in Disciples 3 are awful, especially the Empire's. Undead Hordes in Disciples 2, now that is pleasant to listen
