I entered the bios screen you mentioned. I entered the SECURE BOOT OPTION in the bottom center and the screen was black. I pressed and held the power button and turned it on again and it did not turn on. The black screen comes with a cursor in the top left corner. But neither does the BIOS screen nor the windows open. The keyboard lights are also frozen. What's the solution?

Eu tava com o mesmo problema no multilaser M8W, pois pensei que eu tivesse bagunçado a BIOS, daí abri, e vi que o flex da entrada de 4 pinos do teclado tava mal colocado, reconectei e pronto.
