your videos are really extremely well made. shows how knowledgeable you are with even minute details of the apartments. everything you say is informative, with zero bs. haha
but the only comment is you talk at a very very fast pace, while its completely fine for me, but maybe for some people they would prefer slightly slower?

雖然說是豪宅三房，可是我覺得主人房的衛浴設計的不好，感覺浪費太多空間了，也不是很好清理。那個浴缸小小的真的沒有豪宅的感覺。不過我雖然挑剔，但是我還是買不起🤣🤣
