Welcome to a motherly, calm and kind healing session with Teresa 💜 A lovely lady I have known for a few years, Teresa is a Mother to everyone around her. She is a carer for the elderly and treats her clients to nurturing healing sessions sometimes. Teresa was also a Women's rights campaigner in South Africa for many years. Often she will leave voice messages on my phone and I LOVE listening to her calm voice and accent. So here we are on camera with Teresa treating me to a little motherly session. This video helped me through a really bad time in my life. I was experiencing panic attacks in the first few weeks after giving birth to my daughter, I’d often lay in bed in the dark trying to calm myself down - playing this video really helped calm me down!! So thank you, Emma and Teresa, you really helped me out!

Hi Emma! Question for you: I'm a longtime fan of yours, and you actually are the person whose narrations and videos first made me fall in love with ASMR. I listened to your narration of The Velveteen Rabbit about a million times :) I am a Reiki practitioner and a spiritual life coach. I have begun doing sessions very similar to this video, in which I combine ASMR sounds with smells, Reiki and touch (particularly hair play and skin brushing) for energy healing. My question is, the voice in this video sounds as though a microphone is used. Did you have ear buds in? Or is the microphoned sound just for the video? Also, knowing that you have experienced in-person sessions and are basically the queen of ASMR 👑 do you have any suggestions for me to make sure my clients get the absolute best experience for finding peace and healing? - thank you for all you do, you are truly a ray of warm light in the world ❤
