This Chemical Called Rigid PU Wood imitation System, Consist of two Chemicals like Polyol & Isocyanate. Mixing Ratio is 100/110, Silicone Molds used in this process for easy demolding. Self Cureable, non blowing & Blowing properties holder Chemical. when demold after 20 minutes, the end Product is very smooth, Shiny & Rigid same like original wood....

For pu stone culture we can use same material bro.. orelse any change .. in ratio or density

hi. You are doing an amazing work. I have a question though. What polyol are you using? What is its molecular weight? Is it a dio or trio? Also, for isocyanate, are you using 80/20 or pure?

There are two Chemicals are used for Making artificial Wood Furniture Parts...
First Chemical is Called Polyol
Second Chemical is Called Isocyanate
Mixing Ratio is 100 Parts Polyol & 110 Parts Isocyanate (Harder).
Both Chemicals are mixed with high speed mixer for just 03 Seconds not more ...& Pouring into the required mold & Locked the mold for 05 minutes
Is the final product UV resistant. Can we use it outside house elevation like cornice etc.

What density is used to make wood foam?
1000 kg/cm3 density required for Making real type wood
@@skillytech4296 but its very heavy ,
I made that with 300 density but on surface i have many holes
300 density is not enough for Making Wood type article because in 300 density you are using Such Chemical which has much more expansion, required proper locking this chemical inside Metal mold....
To avoid tiny pin holes, Mixing is required like 9000 rpm which is not possible in manual mixing...also 300 density is not suitable for wood imitation articals because this product will be soft & easily nailed.
In 1000 density, the Expansion is almost zero or 3-5%, not required metal mold, not required Chemical locking inside mold, Can be used Silicone or PP molds to get proper rigid end product.

I can Provide this kind of Artificial Wood making Chemical on regular basis. Basically there are three Chemicals, one is Called Polyol or Part A & Second one is Called Isocyanate or Hardner, Third one is Called additive which is used for hardness improver or to make Chemical more economical.

Here in Nigeria, silicone liquid is very costly
Basic necessity of this project is molds, if Silicone liquid is Costly but not too much costly as compared to CNC Metal molds
