About Married with Children:
The less-than-lovable Bundys are a radical departure from the saccharine-sweet TV families popular since the days of Father Knows Best. With offbeat humor and unflinching honesty, Married... paints a more realistic picture of middle-class existence, warts and all. Al Bundy (Ed O'Neill) is a shoe salesman who is fond of frequently reliving his doubtful 15 seconds of fame on the football field. Al is terrified of the all-too-frequent amorous advances of his ditsy wife Peggy (Katey Sagal), who spends most of Al's wages at the salon and the mall. They have two teenage kids: stunning but superficial party animal Kelly (Christina Applegate) and egocentric Bud (David Faustino). Married for 16 semi-blissful years, Peggy and Al have found that the secret to a happy marriage is to accept one another's idiosyncrasies.

Rommel throws the ball to Himmler when the Arians score. Well played MWC, well played...
Good catch. I also just noticed all the Aryan football players who carried off Kelly are white and the Polk High School cheerleaders & fans are diverse.
MWC also had Rommel in the episode where Al purchased Rommel's AC unit. The Kaiser. 😂
Four touchdowns in a single game will never be broken 😺👍!
Al: "I'm going to Disneyland"
😹👍
But if someone ties that record that doesn't mean that Al's record is broken.
I still remember the tale - some say a myth - of the mysterious Bundy that came out of the West and scored four touchdowns in a single game, and then rode off into a red-headed sunset, never to be seen again!
The myth, the legend, the real man, Alexander "Al" Hercules Bundy.
legends say, than when things are dire and at their worst, he’ll ride out of the sunset and carry us to the end zone of victory.
- from the book of bundy, revelations, chapter 9 verse 7

The man who married so that we don't have to!
One of the best shows that has ever been made. If not the best.
We laugh at every line, but only because there's a bit of truth in it. 🙂
@@remaincalm2 And because this is how life actually is like.
@@CalebJacobs762 Fact's from you both.
One of Marcy's earliest creepy moments. 🤣👍
“ hey number 21 if you got the place I’ll do the time … oh yeah “ 🤣🤣🤣
Before she turned into a chicken.
No wonder why Steve divorced & left her to be a park ranger on the next season.
Cougars are THE BEST‼️ 😍
I love it when Al and Kelly get along.
Al is definitely impressed with his little girl 🙂
I think this was one of the best ending to an episode. Al keep his record and is happy.
"Good Girl." Oh course! Kelly unknowingly saved your high school record!
Let me guess... you're one of those geniuses.
Oh great, the people with the obvious comments on "Friends" and "Seinfeld" videos are coming here... 🤦♂️🤌
Kelly saved the day!!
Al dancing in the stands…. What a moment!
This was one of the best early season episodes. One of my favorites!
My favorite was when he got into a fight with the high school security guard. Spare Tire I think his name was.
Al after seeing what happened: I’m going to Disney world
Those two loved each other to bits, look for the clip on YT of Ed surprising Christina on another show she was in.
I miss good wholesome TV shows like this.
Agree
This is one of the best episodes of the series.
Great episode especially high school football, Kelly tries date a jock! 🤦🏽♂️🤣
That record is really all Al ever had.
Agree
Poor Kelly. I like her. A lot.
Ed O'Neill was a football player before he became an actor.
I hope he doesn't realize this jacket costs $200 My wife is wearing a $200 dollar jacket. 😂😂😂
200$ in 1987 it was a lot i think
Go Kelly!
I'm surprised Kelly didn't get expelled from school for that. On the + side, Al got to keep his record.
Please don't have
They are banned from thr freeway and the church. I love the Bundys.
Except it’s the freeway ban that hurts.
I just wanted to point out, that the girl sitting behind Al is cute 👀
Marcy is such a hypocrite!
The crowd goes boo and kelly goes call me
If you're think Al Bundy The man thumbs up!👍
👍
Best show ever
Well, Al won for once! That's... odd.
And it also means that Peggy lost. Because now that means that Al will rub in his record to her face forever, which is no more than she deserves.
Nope!!!! All won a race later, remember, if you don't get caught then it is not cheating ;)
Sadly, such honest comedy on national TV is too controversial today. Peace.
Anytime I get banned from somewhere. I think of the Al freeway ban.
Marcy lusting over a teenage football player would NEVER happen today LOL
That Kickoff Return Tackle was So Funny. LOL, (smile)
Kelly Bundy For Miss Universe
Al should've forced the guy Kelly liked to go out with her for saving his winning streak
I like her. I like her a lot🤣🤣
Steve is me in real life!!! LOL
Peggy wins the lottery the very next day.....Rosanne stole that crap. Lol
4:00 Funniest part of the episode 😂
Love her so many people think she was dumb she was way more stronger and intelligent than most women today!!
I cant believe this that last play of the last game he didn't even notice me
Season 3 is very strong.
How often can one say that Kelly threw herself at them?
Wow
Al's record. Still stands.
I thought AL's record would be broken but I was wrong!!!!
would anyone know how to get the whole series in HD 1080P i have it on 360P but after seeing these clips on youtube i want HD
4:01 background scenery showing the famous Chicago mountain range
Poor family's of today wished they lived in that house.
Reverend Feltcher? I guess he got tired of dealing with the Bunkers in New York, so he moved to Chicago.
Then he had to put up with the Bundys!
There's still ten seconds anything can happen
Was Steve's hat a prop made just for this episode or was at an actual retail item?
I think they mentioned Disneyland 5 times during the show.
"Aryans" "Reverend Felcher" hahaha
Neilgerace -
I'm glad somebody else caught the joke. Made it past the censors lol.
ARYANS,lol!
1:46 “And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased; and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted” - Matthew 23:12.
If I’m not mistaken, Ed O’Neal actually made it to the NFL for the Steelers.
Practice squad but was cut before season. Still impressive.
Peggys going to hear about al record a lot ..
the Arians? whats the back story to that
200 dollars for a jacket.. wow .. al is pretty clever to know that
He is the one that would get the credit card bill. If anything, Peggy wasn't too smart thinking Al would not see the CC statement.
I❤short

Stunt double at 3:37?
Actually a similar thing happened at a college game in the 1950’s, but it wasn’t a cheerleader. A player, who was not on the field, jumped off the bench and tackled the opposing player who was running in for a touchdown. The referee ruled it a touchdown even though the player only reached the 30 yard line.
Chicken legs
😂
😂so funny
If Marcy had those same thoughts on a TV show in 2024 the show would be banned and she would be all over social media
🍺🍾🍻 Party time 🤮🥳🤮
Married with children for life!!🙏🏆🤣🇮🇱🕎✡
The show was beyond funny till Marcey got to much say so over the show.
christina applegate is so hot lol
....was.....
Marcy is fantasizing about high school kids.
