Regulating AI means companies can be transparent how they are generating images - where they are getting this from, how are some people just copying some artworks and selling them as theirs on nft sites, can all the written word have disclaimer if they are free of AI or if they were written by AI, etc. there are so many ways of regulating it.

Guess I shouldnt be so surprised that she's such a good speaker.
Because this is what she does.
And she writes books, too. Many of them.
I know people who have read her books, and benefitted from them.
They became bigger people. More whole.
But first you have get things straight in your own head before you can put those ideas into words for others to understand.
