Excavator CAT 374 F UHD - demolition site (by Ernst time lapse)

At the end of 2020, www.hines.com/real-estate-ser... bought the building on the "bank side" on Königsallee for around 150 million euros, after about 2 years it will now be demolished by Laarakkers. The new building is expected to cost around 400 million euros.
