I can suggest going for Ableton Live (as it is easier to learn and get comfy with), although if you want to use the same software as me, this is FL Studio :)

Basically, I slowed down a sample to 66% of its original speed, and then reversed the playback, took a chunk of it, and looped it :)

What's the purpose of slowing the clip multiple times (to 70, and then to 61.15)? Is the sample playing at a different tempo than the drums?
