- So this is a build set after the fall of the Institute and BOS. With their biggest threats gone, and with some convincing from the Sole Survivor, the Railroad finally decided to come out of the shadows and let their presence be known. Lending help to both human and synth. To this end was founded the Jamaica Plain base settlement. The Sole Survivor accepting the leadership roll of this flagship urban base.

Thank you very much! Was a hell of an ordeal getting Jamaica built but it turned out good so was worth it in the end. Now of course I need to start up a whole new build, I'm thinking I'll do a new version of Sanctuary. Maybe, lol. Thanks again, and yep to the CF, was literally the last item I placed.
A fantastic looking build! Jamaica Plain is a miserable site to work with, unless you've expanded the borders like you have done here. I am currently running a RR playthrough and am in the process of building Mercer on Spectacle Island (a first for me!). So it is really interesting to look over your take on a RR build and a good way to inspire myself with ideas for the rest of the settlement. 🤔 Looking forward to seeing where you go to next and what you get up to once you are there.
Yo', and thanks! Yeah, the site can be pretty unfun. That expansion mod actually gives you the entire city area to build in, all I wanted was to build that one block, lol. I've wanted to do that forever cause that just makes more sense. For the RR, that's been a hard one cause the game gives nothing of substance to work with. They use what's there and apparently build nothing. That's why every instance of RR presence I've just quietly slipped into an "existant settlement". This one I had to dig for. Had to be self sufficient, guarded and defensible, a touch more advanced looking than the normal hovel. Organized, but not military. Went through a few stages before I got to this but I think it worked out. As for next, just got a new rig and the Jamaica Plains build was the one file I was able to save from the old rig. Was able to match the mods and finish it out but now I need to start a new game and run through the whole main quest. That being the case I'll probably do something up north.

Hey there, and thanks, I appreciate that. And glad you liked it. Had to use an expanded settlement mod to do it justice with a proper wall and room to move around, as well as getting the public restroom off the main grounds, a little 'downwind', so to speak, from where the dookie drops, lol.
@@OctumLXV That area would be great with just an expanded border. I'm working with the default border. It's slow going.

Hey, my friend, thank you for that! Gotta admit, it turned out way better than I had imagined. Gives me something to work off of for future RR base builds. lol, always thinking of the next build.
