- After a long delay! the conclusion!
A motley group of adventure riders from Dual Sport BC (dualsportbc.com) take on a dual sport ride through the Kookipi Pass to Boston Bar. In this ride we would face washouts, dusty trails, and a catastrophic mechanical failure. All and all an excellent ride with a excellent group of people.
Excellent work guys.. but the cameraman really has a bad habit of parking his bike right in the exit path of the hurdles! lol! Great videos nevertheless!
What great part of the world to ride. I love BC even though i'm in Aus, fell in love with it 20 years ago when I took a holiday there. I love the gas station "Liquor, Gas, Diesel" in that order, they got their priorities straight!!
greetings from Ontario, after watching this video I ordered a low profile oil plug for my KLR lol
Worth the wait! Beautiful area.
Nice work man. I like how you worked together, that makes the whole thing that much better when ya go out. Tough break for the kawi!!!!
Awesome video! I plan to do this ride sometime soon on my new KLR. I've just recently joined up with the DSBC crowd this year, and have done a couple of group rides with Farp. They're always good fun, and I always come back with a list of repairs/upgrades I have to make to my bike. Which is the reason I keep coming back for more!
awsome footage
Awesome video! Loved the adventure.
+MrRojoneck Thanks!
Very nice!!!!
Awesome video dudes.
Love your videos, getting a klr in the spring , no trout is safe, cheers
The KLR650 is sometimes called the Jeep of the dual sport world. Well if it is the jeep, than the DR650 is the Argo of the dual sport world. Might not be the most comfortable thing to ride on, but it'll get you anywhere!
The rider does the work the bike is the tool
New subscriber. Loved the video. Any chance you have the breadcrumb trail for Garmin for this road?
Awesome once again.
I wonder what the temperature is like. Can you ride all year round? I consider moving to Canada but I worry about not being able to ride...
How did the Husky Terra do? It looked like he had no big problems. Did your fearless leader tell you how hard it was for him?
I want to know because I just bought one and I want to know how capable it really is on this sort of trails.
Oh and I love your rides and the commentary. I literally watched this ride 3 times now just to see how the Terra does.
Yertle The Turtle I think he did have one problem in that the licence plate bracket/subframe broke off after a lot of off road use. I would just be careful how much weight you pack on the back.
Thanks for that tip! I heard that the license plate holder breakes of quite easily but I haven't heard of that problem. It's quite a big one. Or did he just have too much weight on it?
Subbed! I can't wait to see more. I love the style but try to get some more commentary going, tell a story fill it in.
klr650 got crash bars but no skid plate, looks before all right
You should upload more videos of the 950
Would love to get a second GoPro, Until then its just me shooting!
Great vids on this channel! Awesoem terrain! (I'm jealous!) Love watching you guys hit the trails! I am a subscriber, but I have to admit that the only occasional problem I have is the, every now and then, language. ( Sorry to put a damper on things). I hate sitting in the living room watching vids when my little girl comes in at the same time someone drops the "F bomb", or something of the sorts. Profanity tends to be a turn off to me when choosing channels to subscribe to. Aside from that, like I said, I love the vids!! Hope you don't mind the mild criticism.
Wow what a cry baby.... f word... lol what are we in middle school.. deal with it. For fucks sake!!!!
Dave Savage That's exactly the kind of comment I would expect from someone in middle school. Adults are not only entitled to their own opinion, they also know how to except others opinions without throwing a fit about it. The owner of this channel apparently didn't mind my comment. Hmm..... guess he must be an adult. To each his own. I'm a father who cares about what my child hears. That's something I try to moderate as best I can. This guy does great vids, I just prefer no profanity, and there's not a dang thing wrong with that. Have a great day!
Pay more attention to your kid then instead of being over opinionated on CZcams
What happened to the KLR? Was there literally a hole in the bottom of the engine? Do you guys know how it happened?
Guy bottomed out in a cross ditch with the inadequate stock skip plate; there was literally a 2 inch hole in the bottom of the motor.
UnsightedADV was it a brand new bike?
helmet cams make me spin out!
