This guys parents should be so proud of themselves and their son! What a tremendous human! When he promised her that this is how he would always be, you believe him. His goodness shows at every turn and you just know if he lives to be 90, he will die a kind gentleman with a proud legacy!

Alex , you have already met that one person who would love you with every fiber of his being for as long as he is able to draw a breath... and you probably don’t even know he’s alive. My advice is for you to throw away your “checklist” of who you want to know better and simply follow your heart. Choosing this path will, most likely, cause you more pain and heartache but then you may be finally able to shed the layers of lies you have always told yourself. Perhaps then you will will be able to clearly see the world around you. Trust me, when you can truly see around you be prepared to see, and feel, wonderful things. Mike

What I love most about this was he wasn't showboating for the camera; so many proposal videos are actually quite selfish in their focus. (My son wasn't there and I called police had a DVO put in place). One day I went away with a couple of girlfriends for a get away and I met the most beautiful, caring soul. Who loves me for me.
We have been together now almost 3 years and I love him more and more every day!
If that can happen for me.
