He seems like a level headed guy who knows that even with billions, building a shopping center that could go bust would be a major setback. I find this comical! I'm retired, with a lovely home, great car, and money in the bank. I shop when I want, buy what I want and travel as I wish. I'm blessed to be able to help out my children when they need a financial boost without worrying about having to curtail my own finances. I'm not deprived n any way. I spend the bulk of my time in my bedroom and the kitchen, using the dining room twice a year and the living room only occasionally. So why would I, with my family grown, need a castle, or even a penthouse? Are they beautiful? Absolutely! I can appreciate the grandeur. But a waste for me. I guess I just don't think like a wealthy person! If I had billions or even millions, I really wouldn't know what to do with it. You can buy only so many designer clothes (although I love them!) This is almost 7 years old - these cars have risen dramatically in price. The MC12 is now worth around 6 million (1.5 mil then).

I wish for a business connection in order to help invest in these vast property- lands that are spread over three different locations.
