I’ve known Sahtyre for almost a decade now. We’ve never been close, if anything there’s always been a strange tension between us, so learning about his background during our discussion was a bit of a mind fuck. His childhood was tumultuous to say the least and, while I’d heard murmurs about his upbringing, hearing the extent of some of his family’s dark moments from the source was very moving. During the convo we realize our past differences probably stem from the similarities in our character. This was a very open and cathartic conversation and, admittedly, we waited far too long to have it. Hear us talk about his drug addled early family life, starting kindergarten at age 3, and our mutual textbook need for validation.

There's something about you guys, or that room, that mic, I dunno but, some of these kinda neat performances are the best versions of many of these songs. It's either a testament to the old, "you have to judge an artist by their live performance" or kinda neat just brings the best out of mother fuckers.
Probably the lighting? It's got a nice vignette and nice focus.
