Never been to an NFL game. I've been to the Morgan-Grambling game in NYC many times when I was young. Been to many Yankees and Braves games too, but I never cared too much for professional football. I love high school and college football though.

Great video. I was amazed at the amount of alcohol at the game. It's more or less banned in the UK because football (soccer) fans here tend to get nasty after a couple of pints, although that doesn't stop "fans" getting tanked up before a game. I used to follow American football in my teens, when it was a novelty and popular over here. I liked the Chicago Bears and got a T shirt with a picture of William "the Refrigerator" Perry on it.

Only banned on terraces but readily available on concourses and club houses. Despite what you mention I don't get nasty along with thousands of others every Saturday. It's perhaps the minority you're thinking of spoiling it but go ahead and sweep. How bloody lazy.
Didn't mean to cause offence. I know for most people, going to a game or match is just a happy day out. But, that's not the side of things the media focuses on, regretfully. We rarely hear about the civilised side of things. Maybe it's about time the balance was redressed?

It actually isn't as far away as it seems. Sure if you sit all the way back, the players will start to look like mice, but the experience bumps it to a whole new level.
