Ashneer's attitude is of typical businessman's. He does not mince his words much. Does not beat around bush. Always keeps his emotions in check. Awareness that he should be doing justice to chair he is accorded. For me, he is a brilliant businessman. There isn't any dull moment when he is around. Piyush's statement and concern that the other investor is not a strategic investor (they are a financial investor instead) and they're diluting the equity by such a high percentage is genius. And the correct reason to be out of the deal.
There's no problem in giving a higher stake to a strategic investor as they are involved in the strategic descion making and company growth too alongwith providing funds, but a financial buyer is just for the ROI and will be the first one to pull out the funds once he sees a better rate of return elsewhere. It's similar to a bank loan.
And this why Ashneer offered to put the exponents out. He basically saved the company.

Not mentioning here because I'm offended or anything, I have no family relations with any of the sharks, but Ghazal is not to attract beauty, she has build a brand and that is why she is sitting there, she is an Entrepreneur, maybe new to the space but she is here for the 'work' she has done, her beauty is an added advantage.
Vineeta has build Sugar from zero. Bolna bohot aasan hai karna bohot mushkil. She is from IIT and IIM and she has worked extremely hard and she is super smart and intelligent, rejected big companies offer after her IIM to build her own brand. It takes guts to do that when the job offer is 1 crore plus.
Pehle to vo vahan pahunchi where people dream to reach uske baad chodkar apna brand banaya bohot badi baat hai.
