As someone who is studying film I just want to say a lot of places don't require portfolios because they are aware of the fact people reach film at different stages in life. In case people had questions on the front of why portfolios exist in some places but not others.
Can you say where are u studying on filmmaking, please??
Hey Lara, great video! I'm applying for the Prague summer course but wondered whether I should find accommodation myself or go with their accommodation programme. Which did you do/ do you have any advice on this? Thank you!
hiiii, the accomodation was the easiest option for me and it's honestly super decent. Very clean and good size rooms, it's super simple but you can make it work. We also had two bathrooms for 3 people which was very handy. It also allowed me to meet the other girls at the programme right away which I am super grateful for. However, they are all different so you could get different located accomodations. Mine was a 20 minute tram away quite close to the station! Unfortunately there is no wifi... Hope that helps!

hello! I plan on doing a more in depth video on this when I graduate. It's a decent school and you learn a lot, but I don't know what other schools are like so it's hard to say. It has its fair share of poor organization and communication. Hope that helps?

Hey, I just got accepted by MetFilm school for MA in Post Production. Is the school really worth the time and money for the knowledge and opportunities they provide. Would really love to hear your opinion before I make a decision on this. Would appreciate a quick response if you see this. Love all your videos and please make more of em!
helllo!! i asked my MA friends but unfortunately nobody knows anyone in the post production course. My advice would be to go to the metfilmstudentvoice instagram and ask them to refer you to a post production student for questions! Hope that helps. Thanks for supporting my channel!!

you have to pay in advance so you can maybe do that for second year but not the first year before you arrived
