Park Jimin is always a "Highlight"
They showed the reason why Jimin is my bias. Somebody could be doing the same exact choreography as him but his dance would look so different and striking that’s why I prefer his dancing more than anyone although there’s plenty of other great dancers. I’m just happy his getting the recognition he deserves ☺️

Jimin is a hip hop dancer for years and then he major in contemporary dance when he enters Busan school of arts
it's the other way around, he first started dancing contemporary dance even before entering busan school of arts, then he got introduced to hip hop after joining bighit
@@junghoseok-ie3ds nope. He learned hip hop and popping since Jr high and competed and won many battles. Then, he entered busan art highschool and learn modern/contemporary dance for 2 years
He got best of both world, modern dance+ hip hop skills background made him such a uniquely powerful dancer, so strong and powerful yet moves like a fluid.
It gives jimin extra edge I feel, it's like mixing ballets graceful moves with powerful moves from krumping.. Idk if I'm making sense anymore 😂😅.
Anyways jimins my favorite dancer in kpop, kai from exo is a close second tho.
Both have similar experience in learning modern and hip hop dance styles
That's why I feel dancers shouldn't just be expert in one style but try different types of dances to create a unique style out of the fusion

Yes! Jimin's moves are so unique that you can't take your eyes off when he moves...
Jimin takes his time to complete each step before moving on to the next. Even in fast-paced dances, he never looks rushed. People love to point out that Jimin's dancing is "fluid" and that's because he never stops moving through each successive step or pose; he uses extension, to really stretch and connect each movement. He makes everything look effortless and it gives off the illusion that it's easier than it looks.
