I love that you often start airdried, product free. I love styling my waves but sometimes I don't have the energy or time. You show that embracing your waves does not mean that you have to style them everytime you wash.

Hi Courtney, thank you for your honest review on these 😊 I recently purchased the lineup and I strongly recommend you to try the travel size curl cream bc it is weird and leaves a kinda crispy dry waxy feel on my hair. It looks amazing BUT if my hair feels gunky and gross, I can’t stand it !!!

You're being too hard on yourself! It's entirely possible the curl cream + the gel would end up weighing your hair down. If you were going to do it I'd love to see you test out the defining mousse!
we have super similar hair types & I personally love their alcohol-free hairspray for great hold and very little weight :)
I'd love to see an all Sally Beauty GVP wash day! They have my all-time favorite gel (liquid sculpting gel) and one of my favorite conditioners (conditioning balm). I'm not sure if they have any low poos, so you would maybe have to use sulfate, not sure.
I also want to say, I love when you call your hair pretty! Because it is! And that just makes me smile. 🥰

Your hair is so voluminous from this wash day, and I’ve noticed your new hair growth’s low-porosity shine is coming back! Keep up the great work! You do an excellent job documenting the entire process for us all to learn.

I truly appreciate you putting together these videos. I find there are certain product lines that I love; however, when combining things together, the result is not the best. I know it's satisfying to scrunch out the crunch all at once but do you ever keep the cast intact and let it break on its own? Especially if it's not a super strong cast? I tend to keep the cast intact to keep protecting the curls for as long as possible. It really helps in the humidity.
I never just style my hair with gel. I always use a curl cream. Some curl creams seem to just condition and others actually help form your curl pattern. Can’t the matching curl creams be added to the One Brand Wash Days? Please!

I love the shampoo and conditioner, but I had the same problem with the curl cream and gel. No shine and my hair felt very producty. 🤔

Can you try Vanicream shampoo, conditioner and gel? I like the gel, the shampoo is clarifying on me, conditioner average. The products are fragrance free and for sensitive skin.
I love that you put the product description on the side, but would you mind leaving it on the screen a little longer? I have a hard time reading all of it before it disappears. :)
How do you handle a bad wash day? I find that I end up just pulling it back and wanting to start over the next day. Is it OK to do another wash day the next day or is it best to just leave it bad for a few days (for me pulled back) and then stay on the "wash every 2-3 day" train?

What is your thought on the new brush?
I love it!!! Love that I can just use this vs using a brush and then a wide tooth comb to create the curl size I wanted!
In Israel in this week it was a horrible heat and horrible dew point.
I felt like the shampoo, conditioner and curl cream were way too heavy for me and that was when I was bleaching my hair to death. Now that I've gone back to my natural hair color there's no way these would work for me.
Thank you for trying! For sure use the cream. I used a travel set that had shampoo, conditioner, & the curl cream. Loved my results.

Thank You for sharing this brand, maybe if you feel like it would do the product justice to add the cream styler to see if that changes the results, that might be helpful....I definitely do not enjoy sea salt styler in my hair, I really dislike the feeling, for me I really need to wash the next day, it looks greasy and the feeling for me is definitely a texture issue.... you looked Do pretty in your salt & light T shirt, that color really made you POP!!! Do you know why hair, after clarifying & conditioning and rinsing thoroughly would not be juicy-saturated? It’s like it’s dry and the water isn’t staying on it?
New to your channel. growing up my hair was straight wash dry brush and go. Now it's wavy with s curls still pretty thick. I have no idea what to do. my hair is about your length now. It gets very coarse and frizzy feeling when I put products in my hair. only ever dyed my hair once about a year and a half ago and oh the tangles. My hair is a dark brown now with grey throughout. the grey likes to do a funny curl that sticks up or straight out. Any help or suggestions from your followers and you would be lovely. I even did the put a strand of hair in a glass of water and the grey floated at the top the brown half went to the middle and floated on top. I have no idea what that means.
Have you ever used Naked Bee shampoo and conditioner?
Will you be doing this over with a leave in?
Would you try Loma products?
It’s incredible to me that you don’t seem to have much hair fall. I find that when I wash my hair, I have tons of hair fall stuck in my curls. So you think this is because you leave it air dried and product free on the prior day? Also, with the Bounce Curl brush, are the bristles very flexible? I am always so worried about pulling too hard :-)
One other thought - I haven’t seen you do a Diva Curl One Brand hair day - at least not in a really long time. Would love to see one :-)
I also wanted to know about hair fall/shed. I have been washing every 5 days up from 3 and I looks like a small rodent is in my tub! I also can’t stand the feel of wet fall out on my fingers. It creeps me out!!
I'm curious...are you noticing a difference in your hair with not using a heat protectant? What heat level do you diffuse at? Also, I hope your booty feels better 😆

I like using this gel with cake beauty's curl friend cream. I can't use the rizo's cream due to the coconut oil in it🫤 I definitely get more like a medium hold than a light hold, and it lasts for days with no refreshes!!💜

Nope! I just tried these products and it was a ‘no-go’ for me. It left my hair frizzy. Not for me.
Forgot to add that I DID use the cream under the gel. Still frizz.

this is the worst gel that i have ever used. It dried out my hair and felt like straw after each use without any shine or bounce. I couldn’t even run my fingers through it 👎🏻

Ok but can we please normalize a bit of frizz and fluff? Yes it’s really satisfying when things are perfect but realistically most people aren’t going to have the time or really aren’t gonna care.
I am one such person I like to have nice wavy definition, but I’m also a busy student idc if some places are a bit frizzy that’s normal/natural imo. Long as my whole head isn’t puffed out I don’t feel the need to treat spot frizz as such a bad thing.
My hair is long and even tho it’s fine strands it’s super thick so I might still try these. Plus gotta support the heritage owned 🥲💗
