@@MADEIN93REACTS Just keep in mind it’s essentially a for dummies book about ancient warfare, where generals weren’t really picked for anything like experience or skill in combat or planning or strategising, a lot of it was nepotism, kings and queens sons, cousins, brothers, ect. All got general or other high ranking military positions and had no clue what they were doing, especially in pre gunpowder china where his book was intended for originally, the book was written about 4 centuries before the refinement and use of gunpowder in weaponry, which naturally meant a lot of sword and bow and arrow combat, the book was all in all pretty basic, teaching strategic planning & thinking as well as a few basic concepts, deception tactics & psychology warfare, ect. All the things a young and upcoming nepo baby general needs to maybe win a battle, overall worth the read though, might be the 5th century BCE equivalent of a for dummies book, but it sure as hell works

The book Art of War is still the frame of most military strategies. It also can apply to life if one applies the principles to problem solving and conflict resolution.

Hahaha...you're right! The beat sounds like it's grasping for air while trying to fight off Slim and Royce...🤣😂🤣 Sun Tzu's Art of War is a great book for establishing that strong mindset. Read it many years ago during my military career as part of our leadership training. The lessons apply to all parts of life, not just military application.
