Static vs Critical: Static would be better with low tier weapons, example: Snowball, bow, wooden/stone/iron sword, those are enchants where with critical would be bad. If you had emerald sword, the emerald sword would do more with critical because it is 25% more, not extra damage. Just wanted to clear that up :)
