Thank you.... He's realizing the nfl compared to the nfl is a total different beast. He's 21 years old and needs to learn. Some of the best qbs in the league went through the same thing, so people need to cool out and not rush things.

Greg is saying what most don't want to hear but need to understand concerning what the team is going through daily. We can't put the kid in a bad situation to start his time with this organization. Mac is the perfect example of the results of doing that.

has jacoby even played head and shoulders over drake? honest question. because the way people talk they just love jacobys game and couldn't fathom Drake doing the job. i've been team let drake sit and learn since before he was drafted, but has jacoby been lighting it up beyond just looking like a comfortable vet that he is. looking at the stat lines it doesn't look that way.
As of right now he runs the team better but that fact that Drake Maye is not that far from Jacoby is encouraging , clearly Maye has the better arm they just want Maye to get the calls rights and have him recognize coverages .

If you were watching the last 3-4 years as a real fan, why would you give up now? Pop Douglas is a legit playmaker, and we drafted rookies who are having a solid training camp. Lots of potential. With veterans Bourne and Osborne. If we trade for Brandon A. Then we’ll have a top wr room in the league. The left tackle is the main issue right now. Other than that the offense should be much much better than last year. Last year was almost as bad as it can get.
When this trade goes down, keep that same energy lol

This is rich…. all the Mac Jones haters who love Drake Maye… drafted at number 3 overall its so fragile at training camp that he can’t even get reps with the 1’s for fear of losing confidene… ITS PRACTICE…. with Jacoby starting… Let me remind you Mac as a rookie lit up training camp and had one of the best rookie seasons at qb ever… eating out a former league mvp.. then the team around him fell apart… they still don’t have a decent o-line or weapons to throw to…. IT NEVER WAS MAC’S FAULT…
Mac was great when there was zero fear of getting hit and no pressure.

@@Mattaga Mac took a ton of hits his rookie year and still showed out. Nobody in football was pressured as much as him last year. No qb could have done well in that offense. 83 pressures in the first 3 games alone last year…. Not only about being pressured, but, a weak run game and hardly any weapons onto throw to…. mark my words, the Pats will not make the playoffs until they replace 8 or 9 more guys on offense…. Think of how insane that is… then to place that all on the qb…. rediculous…
@@danielcahill5997 I’m talking about the metal pressure to perform. He only threw in the red zone a couple times his first year, they ran it every time. Why? He was going to choke in the red zone under mental pressure. Bill knew year one he was a choker.
He started throwing blind interceptions… trying to force plays. He was smart, but his reads were slow. He would get tunnel vision and missed open options even when the pocket did hold up.
He never made clutch plays. He was at his worst in the red zone. He was a choker, plain and simple and blatantly obvious.
Mac came into the nfl already at his ceiling Drake hasn’t reached his yet not hard to understand if you have a brain. Kind of like Josh Allen he was behind Mac when he came in now it’s laughable to even put them in the same sentence.

That is a silly statement to say a rookie came into the league at his ceiling… He literally played one year after high school went 13-0, won the national championship against the toughest schedule in the country, 4500 yards and ncaa all time record for completion percentage… Well, what if the Patriots gave him a chance with a decent team around him…. They are so bad still the Patriots won’t play Drake yet and are picked by Vegas to land the #1 draft pick next year… what does that tell you about what Mac had to work with…. All the overblown talk about how Mac threw so many interceptions… he threw 12 in 11 games… on pace to tie Josh Allen who threw 18 last season….
