Skyrim / The 7000 steps to High Hrothgar

In truth there are about 700 plus steps I believe - In an interview, Todd Howard jokingly mentioned that he would count all the steps leading up to High Hrothgar to make sure it's seven thousand. However, it appears that there are actually only seven-hundred and forty-eight steps.
