Top five biohacks:
1)doom scrolling late into the night (you wont have access to the internet when you die, so use it before you use it)
2) binge eating an entire packet of Oreos (improving blood sugar)
3) never leaving the house (avoid skin cancer)
4) 6-8 beers every night (adds relaxation, vasodilation)
5) never showering (avoids any toxins in soaps, shampoos, deodorants, etc)
bless you bro imma start doing these and let you know how it goes
You should start a CZcams channel!
Don't forget eating Oreos may lower cholesterol.
6) become addicted to masturbating. Get that dopamine running and flowing.
Pigmie is probably grabbing a pen and taking notes
I've been going to the red light treatment in amsterdam daily for 5 months now, never felt better🗿
I think I'll try that biohack myself. Great idea
@@Briaaanz You must be protected the bio bacteria can be life threatening
@@hupe5836 not a problem, i wear a full biohazard suit anytime i leave home
Gonna have to give that one a go
Going this weekend
As a nature photographer, I've seen hundreds if not thousands of sunrises and I agree 100% about the feeling of early morning red light hitting your face.
It truly gives me an unparalleled boost that lasts for hours.
I would say that a lot of it also comes from the joy I experience at witnessing the beauty in addition to the effect of the light in my eyes and on my skin.
I almost never regret pulling myself out of bed to see a sunrise, even though I don't do it nearly as often these days!
I would highly recommend everyone try it at least once in awhile!
My biohacks i consistently do:
ice baths/cold showers, daily intermittent fasting, taping my mouth while sleeping, red light therapy, and sauna
All the same for me as well!
Try a 72h waterfast every 3 months to heal your body with autophagy like I do
@whoknows8223 I just did a 40 hour water only fast yesterday. 72 hour is my next goal
@@leonkennedy3398 good luck mate. Try adding little sea salt if you feel dizzy. You feel dizzy because with all the water you lose, electrolytes get flushed out too (1 gram glucose = 3 grams water in your body)
my favorite biohack is meph
YESSS, I needed this. I've seen so many of the experiments you've done so this compilation is very helpful!
Man! I must say this, you're neck training is definitely paying off. It looks better than ever. Keep up the good work big brother. Much Love.
💪🏼😉🧡 .
What a fantastic video. I can attest that all these things make the quality of your life better. Thanks man for quality and informative content
It's cool to see how you impliment what you learn into your life! Love the video
your videos are awesome man. keep up the good work.
the video I watch to wake up! Thank you so much for existing
Love your content, brother.
Always fun and educational.
Some of my experiences with bio "hacks":
1. Water... Unless you are making a conscious effort to drink a lot of water, you're probably not drinking enough. And man, what a massive difference it makes. And not just "drink more water" but "replace other liquids with water... And then still drink more water."
2. Same as you, no phone before bed. No tech in the bedroom, period. Bedrooms are for sleep and sex; if you don't need it for either of those, get it out of your bedroom.
3. Bare feet as often as possible. I have to say, I've felt next to no physical benefits from this. But mentally and spiritually, it's been great. I value my outside time so much more.. walking in the yard and feeling the freshly fallen rain on the grass, or stepping in the mud... It just makes you feel like a kid again and like you're that much closer to Mother Earth.
4. Watching Pigmie. My member has grown 28 inches since finding this channel. My dog that ran away came back. And I was able to quit my bleach addiction.
A Pigmie video is always educational and always welcome ❤️.
Love the videos Lucas. One thing I'd be interested to have you try is shilajit for a time period. Be it 10 days or 30 days. There's been lot of conversation lately about how shilajit is one of the most nutrient dense foods ever. Another one I'd be interested to also see is seamoss. Same type of supposed benefits.
These observations are interesting because I notice the same thing about the morning sunrise. The grounding works for me instantly. It's a sensation you learn to feel come over you barefoot in grass. I literally relax deeper almost immediately. Pretty certain static buildup balances when you ground.
I like how you always acknowledge that what you do isn't exactly science but it's still valuable
I can definitely notice the bulk is going well🤙🏽💪🏽
Cool that you keep Some habits. These experiments are usefull 💪
I’ve been waiting for this kind of a video for a while. Hoping for a specific supplements video soon though for sure
Look into getting some weighted blankets!/duvets! They're affordable and helps sleeps a lot, imo.
I have one lighter for warm weather and a heavier for cold weather.
man i really want to ask do you still wear only 100 percent cotton
I’m pretty sure he does because he got rid of all the clothes that were made of plastic/polyester
I don't think it made it to the list due to not giving a benefit rather its just normal, the polyester clothes is a negative so switching from negative to neutral isn't something bio hack worthy
Okay now you’re actually making videos with a passion
You should do sensory deprivation/float tank. I'd recommend once or twice a week for one or two months
Protein IF, calories counting, creatine/magnesium/collagen/calcium and daily supplement, taping mouth when sleeping (and using wax earbuds), nightly inventory on how my day went.
Its worth noting that multiple studies have shown that ice baths can reduce hypertrophy (muscle growth), so it may not be a good idea to take them if your goal is to build muscle.
I'm not an expert so I could be wrong. Also, ice baths can have benefits (better sleep, reduced stress, better blood flow, etc.) that some may view as worthwhile even with the side effect of reduced hypertrophy, so ask yourself if the benefits outweigh the costs.
Seeing Revux as a long-term hold with great fundamentals!
my biohacks includes
•movement (upon waking up)
•cold shower
•nsdr
•Intermediate Fast
•nature/sunlight
•Whole foods
•Natural moisturizer
•Dopamine detox
•Mouth tape
• Exercise x3times a weel
well done keep it up
2:49 we didnt think that buddy but now we have our suspicions
You have to actually stick the grousing mat into the ground and not into your plug since there are electricity signals sent into the mat that way. So you gotta rig up some king wire out your window and stick a metal stake into the soil.
1:40 I have the most sensitive skin you can imagine (I will always turn into a puffy potato after shaving, its due to my asperger). But I have never had a problem with infra red light therapies.
I had to stop Ashwagandha after a couple weeks, it felt like I got more depressed and less motivated. I can't say I felt any of the benefits, my work-outs didn't improve either.
HRV seems to be the same whether I was on Aswha or not.
This is anecdotal and depression and motivation comes and goes, one thing I did notice when on Aswha was that I wasn't able to enjoy music the same way. Music felt less intense for some reason.
Agreed!
I wouldn't say demotivating/depressing but there is some feeling of detachment with ashwagandha. i think the mood it sets is ideal if you want to refocus on exercise and rest for a while, and leave the distractions behind (like music, alcohol, social gatherings). It definitely reduces my fomo
For a solid x100, Revux should be on your radar!
Circadian rhythm is amazing from the sun yeah, i had that to thank for like 20-40% of my mental health improvement lol
Red light makes my skin look glorious 😍 gives me a nice even tan
6:30 its because of the dopamine spike, and its low that will come after.
Please make a video on how to get into focus mode (Beast mode )
could you give an advice about tinnitis?
I started taking Tongkat Ali because of you
Revux technology is ahead of its time. This will be huge!
For everyone who is looking for a simple biohack that cost no time: an air purifyer in your bedroom during to optimize sleep. It helps me to fall asleep faster and sleep deeper (due the white noise). It also lowers my heart rate significantly (due the clean air) I am a bad sleeper for over 20 years and this helped me a lot recently.
Aye he cut his hair back to his old hair style again! 🤣🙌🏻
Can you use a resistance band suit like what boxers use. Feel like it's better than weighted vests that compress your spine
Ily pigmie
Can you try the sensate for vagus toning?
Mind over matter is a biohack right? Putting yourself in a certain mindset then shows itself physically as well.
do a video training nordic curls for 30 days
You should throw some Epson salts in the ice bath or cool bath. You dont need ICE to get the benefits just get below 60 degrees.
Do wim hof method for 30 days. Maybe multiple times a day too
This man has gone under transformations more than frieza
Maybe the ice baths had something to do with your body maybe generating more heat because of the cold state that you were stimulating by doing ice baths, therefore making you consume more energy and making you feel tired.
Cold baths makes me tired too because when is someone cold starting to use stored energy to get warm, that’s why ppl loosing weight after cold baths.
Top 5 best practices I've benefited from:
1. Quit social media apart from YT
2. Barefoot health
3. Vacuum holds
4. Hanging (upside down and straight down)
5. Various isometric holds
Will you do mens health stuff too?
The security features of Revux set it apart from others.
Recent updates show Revux is serious about success.
Revux making moves quietly - keep an eye on it!

Биохаки для улучшения ясности ума и концентрации

Он также упоминает, что ашваганда и сисанча близки к тому, чтобы войти в пятерку лучших, но у него были некоторые побочные эффекты с ними.

"meowing technique" lmao
I hope this guy ends up being Bryan Johnson V2, you know like once we get hindsight in a decade or two. (I just mean in terms of finance success).
you should try bee pollen it's regarded as the food of the gods by the ancient greeks
Propolis?
U geeling drained has got to do with your body using energy to warm you back up. Same reason y drinking warm water is said to be better than drinking cold water. Chinese have all these unheard of but useful biohacks.
What mic are you wearing ?
The best
Red light is awesome.
I wouldnt risk any of that stuff, i feel like you would be a great goku actor tho so thats a compliment lol
Do you do red light first thing in the morning or after exercise?
As long as you do it 3x/week you're good.
@@nh7680thanks for the reply!
Idea for clip, i am doing 30 days training that chatgpt made me
According to some, Tongkat can cause joint pain but have you experienced any of that?
My Dad used to gargle. It's supposed to help the vagus nerve.
There’s a blue light setting on iPhones. I have mine set to turn off or down blue light after like 5pm.
It just makes it perceive as more red and does reduce intensity but any screen is going to emit a very harsh isolated blue spectrum with flicker and disrupt your body.
My top five biohacks:
Sleep, eat, drink, pee, poo
Trust me bro, your hair ain’t goin anywhere 😂 Giga Chad
for the nose breathing biohack, dont tape your nose when doing something active, its ok to mouth breathe while doing physical activities
7:30 man, just try to add head massages (Rob English) and you are good to go when it comes to prevention :)
do an experiment using colloidal silver to see if your skin turns blue
Pigmie = Organic Chad
can you do handbalancing one arm just
Sondre Berg can.
Bio hacks I do: sleep, run in the sun, mostly clean and high protein diet, and electrolyte supplementation.
11:27 fellow Brave user I see :)
BUT U GOTTA FOCUS
any red light users noticed faster recovery after workouts? tryina decide if its placebo for me or not
Hard for me to tell because if I'm sore I'm also using a massage gun, but yeah I've gotten better recovery.
Learning more about Revux makes me even more bullish.
I think I had the same hairline side effect on Tongkat Ali
Revux could be the dark horse of this crypto race.
Can you please do a video/test on hydrogen water? I bought a hydrogen water bottle and I swear it helps with reducing muscle soreness. It also has basically hundreds of other claimed benefits...
When you're on your next bulk you should do an experiment on the methods of RAY PEAT MD
Check out his book titled 'Generative Energy'
Ray Peat Carrot Salad - czcams.com/video/duZxqgD6VcQ/video.html
Still doing the rosemary oil on hairline?
Don't work. I've been trying that for a year now. No improvement
I love you bro ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Love ya
Or eat 6 organic pasture raised eggs daily for 30 days and see what it does to your does to your testosterone levels
Cholesterol bombs, vegans have higher testosterone than meat eaters and vegetarians so I wouldn't risk my life over it, just 1 egg a week significantly increased your risk of death
You should try bpc 157 for injuries. It definitely improved my lower back injury. Just have to get over injection fear.
Lol everyone is like injecting extra of a healing compound your body already makes is too far! But eating a random plant and shocking yourself with electricity is cool.
isn't that a literal steroid?
@@wojciechsawicki4733 it's not anabolic so no, your body already makes it to help repair the digestive system. It activates genes and cells too encourage blood flow which helps with repair and anti inflammatory action.
I wouldn't call that a "biohack" ...
@@wojciechsawicki4733no, it’s a synthetic peptide
Biohacking was originally started to find ways to get/be better without that kind of thing. That's like recommending TRT instead of Tongkat Ali/Ashwagandha. While I suppose there isn't a real concrete definition of "biohacking", the whole point of it is still more about getting your own body to a point where medical intervention isn't necessary, or to at least prolonging it. If you're just going to inject pharmaceuticals, you're no longer doing that.
Higher testosterone means higher DHT meaning more hairloss FYI
" How to get a fully connected beard ?" please
Just look up guys like more plates more dates hair recovery routine and other guys as there's a who niche community for guy that are lacking those hair follicles whether it be beard or hairline
a cycle off my tong kat 5 days per month with my wife's lunar cycle
Huh you are still uploading
How to go from green to human color (tutorial)
Clark Kent exists.
Best
did you forget the intro?
pretty sure ice baths can reduce muscle growth
My very best biohack is semen retention for sure. It changed my whole life. In combination with meditation and exercise
Do a 7 day waterfast for autophagy next
That would be hard af. Have u done it?
@@iandamato5500 I have done multiple 3day/72 hours. And one 96 hours so far.
Last one was 24 hard dry fast and rest 48 hours water only (so 72h in total but dry at the start)
Hard dry fast is said to boost autophagy 3 times faster than a regular waterfast thats why I did it.
I don't do it for losing fat (which you will) I do it for health benefits (recycling of old damaged cells, fungi, bacteria etc)
First time 72h waterfast I got rid of a skin fungus in my private place...which I had since 10 years from unprotected Ons, no doctor/antibiotic creme could help me with.
There is a reason Dr. Ohsumi received the medicine nobel prize for his findings about autophagy in 2016
Just fineshed 5 days on wednesday, definetly dont want to repeat
@@iandamato5500 why tf my comments get deleted. I did not say anything bad just posted about benefits of longterm waterfasting. Ffs
Again: Yes I did several 72 hours and one 96 hours strict water only fasts. The first 72h fast healed a skin fungi I had for +10 years from unprotected ONS (I'm Male), no doctor/antibiotic creme could help me with.
Last one I did first 24 hard dry fast (boosts autophagy 3x more) then rest 48h water.
When your body does not get anything to eat it starts to search for fuel in your body from old/damaged cells and even fungi and bacteria.
Dr. Ohsumi got a medicine nobel price in 2016 for his research on it.
@@iandamato5500 10 days was my record. It is very tough, and I think anything beyond 3-4 days isn't really necessary unless you're obese and trying to lose weight quickly. I felt mental clarity and focus like never before, and felt like it raised my vibration some. Physically, felt low energy though it was still possible to go to work and do exercise. I felt like I needed more rest. Afterwards, my gut biome was totally reset so that's always a good benefit.
