I think the main way to avoid a bad day that I understood from this video is that the enjoying those simple pleasures and reflecting on the bigger picture (e.g. nature, friends, family) can help relieve the stress of a bad day.

I’d suggest rooibos tea on a bad day: helps reduce inflammation and some up and coming research suggests that there may be a link between depression and inflammation! I also cannot have chamomile so it’s a good alternative!
Why can't you have chamomile?
Have only ever tried mint and chamomile, will have to look into rooibos.

Hueguh It’s also called “red bush tea”. Hails from South Africa originally! Completely caffeine free and has a nutty taste. I like to add fruits and herbs if it isn’t already flavored.

I usually tare the weight with my coffee beans inside the filter paper and vessel. Picking up the paper with beans in it would be less wobbly when throwing them into the grinder. Sometimes have similar accidents tho haha.
That was so relaxing and short film. I hope no coffee beans and technology was damaged in the process, lol!

I think after watching your videos on establishing good habits and a healthy lifestyle & routine, there's always the issue of having a rough day throwing off your vibe for the rest of the day or even for the next couple of days, disrupting that rhythm. Taking time to reflect, pursue interests, and just plain relaxing is something that people overlook especially when we all have busy schedules with few free time in between. Great video!

Using a computer at work then coming home to edit for a couple hours really started to take a toll on my wrist. I’ll be honest I do miss some features from the Logitech MX Master, but the ergonomic form factor makes it worth it.
Thanks for the reply. I recognized those shorts but I just wanted to make sure. Do you have any other shorts from Lululemon's other lines of shorts for comparison? I currently rock the "Pace Breaker" 7in linerless and wanna expand into Lulu's other shorts options.
I have actually only tried one pair of shorts from them, I asked what a good all-around short would be and they recommended "T.H.E. Short" so that's how I chose these. No complaints, they've lasted forever, comfortable and non-restrictive.
