I've had my gunfighter 14 for about 2 years now. Love it, absolutely worth the money. It takes anything I throw at it. I take it to the field with me, range days, it's on my back when I'm doing totally legal speeds :) on my motorcycle, etc. It's my daily pack since I'm on base 95% of the time. There is no fraying, broken zippers, rips, and I abuse the fuck out of this pack lol.
My only gripe is the colorways. I would love to wear this pack out and around when I'm hiking, or just doing "non military" shit lol. But the multicam screams "i have a gun" and I'd prefer people not to know that lol.

Bro!!! I was such a huge fan of your last video on the Gunfighter 14; I just TODAY sold the one I just had bought; based on your recommendation!
Your video was great, the review was great, very accurate. The only thing I didnt like about it, was the organizer pouch up front is very oddly positioned; and becomes VERY cramped; and hard to get anything in, or out.
Essentially; I was finding out that I was just packing her too heavy; I am down sizing to a TWO pack system; one that is a 24L; either urban assault 24 (only because thats the only size that comes with the built-in pen organizer/admin on the back wall of the bag.
I absolutely LOVED carrying this pack (gunfighter 14), but I just couldn’t resist packing it full…
For the price of the Gunfighter 14; I’ll be able to carry the Rip Ruck 15 with just my essentials; and in my car, im going to keep the 24L (wether its rip ruck or the Urban assault), because I feel that even the basic rip ruck 15 has much more organization than the dang gunfighter does!
Your absolutely right/ if it came in all black; itd be good to go!
LOVE your reviews, bro. You got any other packs your eyeballing for the future; or any other mystery ranch packs you like?
I’d love to talk shop with you anytime, man. Glad to see you posted again; because you were the best video online regarding the Gunfighter 14.
Yes, Mystery Ranch is pricey. But, buy nice, or buy twice.
Also, this is a made in America company; designed in America, shipped by Americans.
Not to forget; they will service/repair the pack for the lifetime of the PACK itself.
    Money well spent!

Heck yea man glad the video helped, and you found something that worked for you! The quest for the perfect pack never ends haha.
I was expecting a rip ruck 15 to come in but the order got messed up so will have to do another, been wanting to get one forever now. I agree, the gf14 feels way bigger than 14L, and is a tad on the large side for my use case. I’d like to get a slimmer sleeker pack so think the rip15 looks great, how are you liking it?
I also have a crye avs1000 but that’s more my edc pack, it has some delicate stretch panels I’ve already tore up a bit from airsofting once with so decided to relegate to edc use and grab the rip15 for my green team airsoft bag.
Not sure if you’re into airsoft but feel free to join the Tokyo marui discord, always down to talk shop in there and pretty much live in the tactical gear channel these days!

This bag seems perfect for my needs. I've got the Rip Ruck 14 as an edc pack and I really want something for coyote hunting. I've taken my Rip Ruck out a few times and it's just a hair too small. Small isn't really the right word, because I can pile everything in. But I want more organization and some molle on the sides would be great. Enter the Gunfighter 14. But $350 is fucking crazy. How the hell can they justify that price tag when the Rip Ruck 32 is $80 cheaper???

Made in U.S. vs made in China mainly, but I know it’s still crazy for a bag of its size.. you could surely find something that will work for cheaper. I love the look of the rip 32 also Id love to grab one someday.. it’s been in my cart for a while haha.
I’ve seen the rip 24 in person which is a nice size too, but thought the front detail pockets seemed a bit useless in size. Idk what you could even fit in there as they don’t expand and are tiny. Also no side bottle pockets is a deal breaker for me, every pack should have side stash pockets imo!
Both it and the 32 feel like a pack that was made to look cool and some function took a back seat.. but I still want one lol. I think the 32 seems like the better option of the 2 function wise, as long as it’s not too big for your needs. Sometimes it’s nice to have a bigger pack and just be disciplined not to overpack if you don’t have to. The side and top molle are nice options for perhaps mounting quick access to glass pouches etc
As far as made in U.S. MR bags go though, if you compare this gunfighter14 to their larger military rucks (all berry compliant so made in U.S.) which run $600-1000 it does fall in line with their other offerings price wise.
You can also buy many of their rucks used and save hundreds, but it’s usually the older versions and larger rucks. They do seem to hold their value if that’s any consolation.. I see 10yr old 6500’s still fetching $4-500!

Unfortunately, the Rip Ruck 32 is a bit too big. And I agree on the 24. How they can make a bag with no side pockets for bottles is beyond me. But just fyi, today is the last day of theire President's Day sale. 25% off with code PRESIDENTSDAY25. Takes that 32 down to $201.75. Doesn't work on the military packs unfortunately. But the 3DAP and 2DAP still get it since they aren't actually in that category.
I may pick up a Helikon Tex Raider. It's a 20L and it's got a pouch on the back that will fit a helmet.
