- Okayama Japan is an often overlooked part of the country. It's one of the largest cities in Japan, but thanks to its broad sidewalks, enormous garden and pedestrian-only walking streets, the city is actually quite relaxed and livable.
In this video, we'll share with you the best things to do in Okayama Japan, the top attractions, experiences, restaurants and more!

HOMETOWN OF NI-KI OH MYYYYYYYY
Brother lived there for 23 years, loved every minute of it. Used to have an awesome mom and pop Ramen shop in the Omotecho shopping area you were in. Shabu Shabu. Loved going over and visiting him, he was the best tour guide because he knew where all the best places were.
Oh wow, I can see why he'd love to live here 😀 Such an inviting city. Knowing someone when you visit anywhere is the best way to understand the place, and show you all the best places 😉 Glad you enjoyed and thanks for watching and commenting.
This is one of my favorite cities and prefectures in Japan. Each season has a different highlight in Korakuen Garden. I have been there many times, although I have yet to see it covered in snow. That has been a goal of mine for a long time, but snow is just so rare in the Land of Sunshine!
V Love-Williams Thanks for watching and commenting! We’d love to return to see Okayama in the spring or summer :)

My Mothers side is from there but I never went to Japan since 1977. I'll put that on my bucket list. Nice and brief! You guys look so happy! You guys are not from California..lol

HappyFeet Living in Japan thanks for subscribing and welcome :)
It's not really an amazing castle, being a concrete reconstruction of the original. That said, it is interesting for the views from the top and the museum pieces inside.
