Budk, Honshu Broadsword fail

  • ‪@BudKCatalog‬ for my birthday I recently ordered a midnight Forge Honshu broadsword because I've always wanted an actual real sword compared to all of my various display swords in display daggers that I have wanting something that would actually hold up and you know be a little bit more than a display sword not that I would ever use it for such.
    I was originally planning on doing an unboxing but of course seeing damage to the packaging material which was honestly pretty bad and then seeing the sword which has some let's say albeit cosmetic damage for the most part it's really not supposed to be like that especially when you pay the additional package insurance as well and then they just expect you to leave it alone and stay with what you are given...
    2/5 stars, great sword, horrible packaging and shipping.

      Ive already called and emailed you and you immediately went into return and replace mode and i gotta wait 7-10 days just for the return slip, then another delay for processing before i even start to get anything done at all. And it was packaged so poorly the replacement is gonna be likely just as bad.
      I had also purchased a mystery box of 2 swords and a fixed blade the following day and those were terrible ans packaged just as poorly.
      And i paid for the insurance on the shipping...
      So it's 0/2 back to back.
      So dont go crying "we can fix this" when that clearly shows 0/2 back to back that your a pretty terrible shipper

      @@RedArmyLLC I assure you that you haven't emailed us at social media. If you had, I wouldn't have offered to help on here as I would have known you were already being assisted by customer service. I regret that you feel you have had a bad experience but "immediately" offering to replace the product is fair. The fact that you are waiting the 7-10 days for the return slip is because you chose to have it mailed, instead of emailed. If you had chosen to have it emailed, you would have likely received it the same day and it possibly would have already made it back and have your replacement on it's way. The packaging you received is not the way it left our facility and was likely damaged during transit like countless packages are each day. The insurance is why it's being returned and replaced at no cost to you. As far as the second order, you didn't order just a mystery box, you ordered our "scratch and dent" mystery deal which says on the page in the product info that these are used, returned or overstock products which is why they are sold at a discount and sold as is. Everyone you have spoken to are doing everything they can to take care of you.
