In Vancouver, anything built within the last 5 years has now been re-labelled as "luxury". There's no where to sit, much less cook!
With staging it would be a easier to visualize where furniture would fit. The finishes are and the building amenities are where the luxury is more tangible. This is a one bed and den. Perhaps a larger two bed would be more to your taste?
Thats because they're built as investments -- NOT HOMES
Exactly, it just doesn’t speak luxury with that little match box size.
the upper floor rooms are amazing and the outside deck. also the gym looks better equipped than multi million dollar suites I've seen
Totally agree!
What’s sad is the average Vancouver citizen spends 93% percent of yearly income towards their housing expense.
Compared to 80% in Toronto and 39% in Calgary.
That's an interesting stat. Where's the source?
@@VancouverRealEstateToday Zonda.
Vancouver has a median household income of 72,000.00 before taxes. We can all do the math from that…
U should be happy then to see more housing being built as it lowers the cost of the market via supply and demand if only our cities aloud developers to build the supply for the crazy high demand could we see change
yes but weather is the real issues with other area of Canada this is why the market keeps going up and up.... Cow town has allot of room to grow but still winter is a pain in the rear.... Same goes for Toronto and so on..... But to be able to pay for good living you have to have a job that will cover the cost.... Thanks to the uncontrolled buying and resale of property in BC this just got out of hand for anyone trying to buy their first home.... If you want cheaper move more out of the metro area leaving the urban and suburbs Like Cranbrook or some other no mans land will be more within reason if you can do it....
wow the production value of your videos are outstanding, what is the maintenance fee for this one-bedroom?
Thank you! The maintenance on this is $316 per month. Full details at VancouverRealEstateToday.ca
oh it's only half
arm and leg in Vancouver like SF. I didn’t want to know
Amazing job . is this new channel
Not that new :)
and thanks!
How Westbank as a developer though? Everyone's always suggesting to stay away from them ever since Vancouver House flooded.
A good rule of thumb is that the more complicated the building, the more maintenance issues ahead. They took a more middle of the road approach with Joyce as opposed to the Vancouver house.
so specious
:)
The building may look nice but Westbank do not have a track record of delivering good product in my experience, style over substance.
Overly ornate buildings can have that issue for sure. I feel this one strikes a good balance
Canadians are not capable of building quality high rises. It's almost like China, tons of corner cuttings. Not to mention the number of rebars put into the support columns.😂
We never know if you guys are talking in Canadian or American dollars
Fair question. It's Canadian dollars for every Realtor in Canada. So if you're thinking US, it's a great discount for you
A "luxury" condo that is worth only $500k in Vancouver?? 😂😂😂😂😂
That one was a heck of a good deal!
Ridiculously priced that looks like a 4 coffins not in my near future I'm looking for a large mansion in Vancouver under 20,000,000
It's now sold so must not be totally crazy
Why do people think it is ok to sit on a table where people EAT!!!
It's vacant and then cleaned before possession
Hope he didn’t fart
Cap
thanks!
