One time when I was in the hospital, I was praying to and calling for Archangel Chamuel--and within a minute a nurse with that name appeared! And he was black--just like in that card! It was amazing.
I love this, as a Christian Witch, I will definitely be getting it. Also, I don't know if anyone else noticed, but Archangel Gabriel is typically a masculine figure, but in this deck they portrayed them as more feminine. I'm not sure if that's meant to be trans/non-binary representation or not, but I just thought that was super cool and interesting!
I honestly love this style of archangel. I know practically nothing about them, but felt so connected to them in this version. I'm not sure about Gabriel either.

I LOVE THAT christian witch....hugs and kisses. okay so I have heard from Radleigh V that AA Gabriel is looked at both male and female. This is all so interesting to me. But I had to still comment about the Christian witch Thank you for enlightening me Queen.
I've heard that the name Gabriel is actually in feminine tense, but can't vouch for it.
A You Tube psychic said that angels are male, but have delicate features.
That's why old painters mistook them for females.
These cards make me think of that old song, "What if God was one of us?

Came here from your "Top ten 2021 oracles" video, as I was intrigued. I'm also not usually interested by angel decks, because of the religious undertones and because angels feel out of that world and unapproachable.
This one seems great though, I love the colourful artwork, and the diversity; these angels (and saints and divinities) feel a lot more relatable, like people I could have a good conversation with to hash things or ask for advice.
Straight to my wishlist, and thanks for the discovery !

I know this is an older video, but I'm just watching it now. Angels are not my thing at all, but lately I've been seeing a bunch of stuff about Angels, so I'm dipping my toe in to exploring. I think this is going to be my first ever Angels deck. These feel so relatable to me, especially given my aversion to Christianity because of previous negative experiences. Now there's a Goddesses Among Us deck,and, me being eclectic, I could blend both,or curate a deck from my faves from each.
@@melissagerber7231 You could! I would check to see if the goddesses repeat. There are some in the Angel Deck. I ended up getting it but I dont love it TBH. Only 36 cards ms only 16 are Angels. Kinda defeated the purpose for me.
