Sorry to hear that. Our first auction didn't go as well as we had hoped either. We sold a handful of items, but they all sold for $1 each.
i hear you probably wont sell anything or a few things in a month, i really want to do this but im also nervouse about it
Do you only use your phone to run the show or do you need to use phone and laptop?
We used a phone and laptop. It's a lot to keep up with!
do i have to list everything or can i just start showing?
You don't have to list everything. You can load generic listings in to Whatnot and start showing. Whatnot has a nice feature that adds a photo to each item that sells. I make sure to hold the sold item up for a few seconds so a good pic is attached to the sale then set that item in a designated SOLD pile. You'll get the hang of it after the 1st or 2nd sale. @fishingwithflako4966 After the 1st show it gets easier. Luckily it takes time to build a following so it's less overwhelming for beginners!
