forge was next in line to be a cheyanne shaman inheriting the duty of protecting a portal that held demons on the other side. he ran from his heritage and joined the army, in vietnam his platoon was ambushed and everyone died but forge. in his agony he opened a portal to where those demons were held, the demons killed the vietnamese. he forced all the demons back after, except one the adversary. forges magic is cheyanne magic.
Great reaction! The Shi'ar are avian, with some "more human" (like Lilandra), and some more "avian", with wings and claws (like her sister, Deathbird). Their hair is really feathers. Of all of Marvel's intergalactic empires, the Shi'ar are the best. The emperor/empress is protected by the Imperial Guard, who's members come from the various worlds within the Shi'ar Empire. Gladiator is probably the most recognizable member, but there are some strange aliens amongst its ranks. The Shi'ar were also very involved in the Dark Phoenix Saga, but that portion never makes it into the films.
He never died in the original show, he almost died in the last episode but his girlfriend Lillandra took him to space bc she fought her people would be able to cure him. The X-men didn’t really know if he died or not so they spread that he died in order to get some empathy from people.

That is Storm in her original OG costume from her first appearance in 1975
Deathbird kept eating the apple after prof-X started talking again.

@@SuperSquared_ Glad to help 😁
Professor X is psychically connected to all the Xmen that scene with Gambit is because he felt it the moment Gambit died
Gladiator is a ripoff of Superman. The entire Imperial Guard is based on the Legion of Superheroes from DC Comics
