To clear up any confusion about shotgun damage: In this game, if you were to hit all pellets with your shotgun, it will cap the amount of pellets that can do damage. That being said, MOST shotguns do: - 3 pellets max when hip-firing - 4 pellets max when ADS or tac-stance So, if each pellet did 40 damage in the max range, hip-firing would do 120 max each shot, and ADS/tac-stance would do 160 each shot, meaning you could only get a two-shot kill if you ADS/tac-stance. When it comes to the SPAS-12: - It follows the above rule - 7 pellets by default - Any barrel will increase the pellet count by 3, up to 10 pellets (so more consistency) Also, Crown Breaker Choke helps more with tac-stance accuracy than any other choke. fact about the spas is that you can do 200 damage at max when tac stanced or ADS,and 180 at max when hip fire or semi-auto(includes ADS and tac stance when semi auto) it feels you get more damage when ADS because it's more tight when you ADS
One of my favorite shotguns to use at one point that was so dumb was the Bryson 800 with the smallest barrel and either pistol and sawed off handle and explosive slugs 60m 1 tap in mw2 multi-player
Wiped a team in headquarters with it literally 2 shot mid range and 1 shot point blank but pretty sure that’s the same with the lockwood680 being 1 shot point blank
