- I might upload my next video a bit sooner than usual to make up for the time gap since last video... heh...
This monstrosity is the first of its kind! I quite spent a few days on this one, mostly looking for the hundreds of LEGO bricks and technic elements crammed in it.
Mechanically, it is similar to the inline 5 but with a tweaked geartrain and valve system to squeeze twice as many connecting rods into the same amount of space!
I hope you like my creation, subscribe for more stuff like this!
Just like with my other LVEs, the footage shown is often the first successful test. This engine now runs comfortably at 600 RPM!

I got this thing to rev MUCH faster due to two words: silicon spray!
Give it a watch if you haven't! :)

Amazing work! I never got into trying to build an engine because this is too advanced for me :)
It's actually quite simple there is tutorials for 1 cylinder vac engines and there extremely simple this one is very complicated but a 1 cylinder only has a valve a piston that can be almost any size and a way to control the throttle also it makes the engines way simpler when the valve and piston is on the same crank
Redstone and lego fun so the best
Thats nice, unique. I like its small size.
Maybe you can save some friction if you connect 2-3 valvse to the same crank rod.
Fascinating valve setup I tried building a flat 6
chad video
This is sooo amazing 🤩
Nice video
V10 soon?
Interesting, that requires a crankshaft offset angle difficult to achieve with standard lego parts, how did you manage this?
Each crank is connected to a 20 tooth gear to get 72 degree offsets. They move independently but they are all meshed to a shaft that goes through the whole engine.
@@J2ko ahhh brilliant solution young lego Jedi , 72* is angle that your LVE is only peice I'm aware of that enables you to achieve, but thanks to you I know of that gear can, I learn new things everyday,
Really nice video and engine! although I would’ve liked to hear the sound a bit better. Other than that it’s perfect :)
My household vacuum cleaner is obnoxiously loud, I had it behind my closet door while recording and it still drowned out most of the sound!
@@J2ko i dont know what vacuum cleaner you have, but mine is much louder for sure, and another "plus" : i dont even got a flexible hose. Only stright feed.
But i will try to make r.c truck out of it, with lego. Ill try anyway, it wont be simple.
How does it work?
Can you link your blueprints or make a tutorial please?
Only 10 ? I made V18 😏
You should make a tutorial
boxer 10
Instructions????
Now v10
