Here is the thing though, those Lego sets are obviously aimed at kids, and they are more likely to buy stuff on impulse than we would. If they put a lot of focus there then it is probably making money to some extent.

@@Cablina1yeah but the main part of this season has had been outshined by collabs like the mythical were removed when the avater mythics (which i think people liked more than the original mythology weapons) and now there coming back but with lightsabers which I think people will pick up lightsabers rather than The mythology weapons

As a Star Wars fan I can easily say that most of these expensive Lego decors don't even appear in Star Wars, they just look as if they do, what a scam 👍

man...I was hoping for a mini battle pass. I'm a pretty huge fan of the original star wars...and I felt like they could have ..should have put chewy out when Han solo came out and also with degobah luke when they released him as well. another wasted time to put in other characters. could of have maybe scout troopers, snow troopers, palpatine for mini battle pass. and all this is so crazy expensive as well.
The sets for Lego are a little frustrating because its all a-la-carte and that gets to be super expensive overall. They definitely shoulda bundled them.
Fortnite really went lazy with this Star Wars update. They did Yoda very bad hes not even reactive. They should have gone all out with Yoda. Voice lines reactivity and heavily animated. The best skin this update is The Titan.
Bro we got a giant update on battle royale with new mythics and even earth Vader returning according to leaks. A giant Lego update and new things in almost every corner of Fortnite and you say they’re lazy? How much do you need to be pleased with these guys.

@@zakimaster4928well yes they was lazy with updates on BR, they don't show BR as much love and won't due to fact alot people are spread out in lego, Festival, and Rocket Racing, they only do the bare minimum to BR, its not same and never will be the same, due to they trying hype other game modes up, because they figure it be cheaper for them. Like Lego, there Never will be concerts, live events, story telling, they just let you do all building and make the money, their trying cash in on them modes, and do very little to BR.
@@zakimaster4928it's a very bad update. 👎 I'm shocked you're actually trying to defend all this. Most of it is over priced cosmetics that are very bad.. The new star war skins are terrible. They really did a bad job on Yoda which was very lazy. Not to mention they are charging 1000 V Bucks for the Yoda BackBling that does nothing and its not even reactive. Its 2024. The ClapTrap BackBling got it all even voice lines and that was years ago!

I love LEGO Fortnite… but they are *seriously* overcharging item shop prices. Like, I think the LEGO pass is more than reasonably priced, but they seriously need to cut down on the prices of everything else. I was actually considering buying some of the LEGO stuff in the shop for once when I heard about it, but this? Hell no, not for that price.

@@midnightcanyon23 yeah but they can disable it when the mythics are in game the same way certain skins are disabled/censored during certain games or when other pickaxes are disable because of the skin your wearing.
This is cool and all… may the 4th be with you…. But I really want the X-Men to be the focus come next season. Cyclops and Nightcrawler particularly.

I wish they added every Star Wars skin in the shop like they do with marvel, I would love to have the prequel skins in the shop, but also I love the dagobah Luke skin because all the way in march two months before any leaks or teasers I said “it would be nice if they had a dagobah Luke skin with a yoda backbling” and now it’s here

I found a quest sparkle inside mount Olympic library to the left of the meowscles statue, above the T on the name of the poi, and I think it has to do with medusa's story quests, don't know if it has any relevance

its how the make max profit from us , make us pay over inflated prices for piece meal items ... it's the same reason as to why they don't bring back existing bundles but sell them in pieces instead ...

I liked Lego Fortnite when it came out, but now it's too obvious that it's not a gamemode to have fun in. It's there just to get your money. That's why it can't compete with something like Minecraft or Terraria, because these games are one time purchase and you get everything new for free for years, and it's been like this for more than a decade. And Lego Fortnite, which obviously was made to compete with Minecraft(and you can't deny it), is a game, where you need to spend money all the time, to get new stuff.
Fortnite's system with in-game purchases was great before, because it wasn't pay to win or pay to play, it was completely optional. Skins don't make your game easier, don't enhance your experience, they are there to make your character look pretty and that's all. On the other hand, there's Lego Fortnite, where you constantly need to pay to get something new in your little Lego world, otherwise you're stuck with basic builds, which quickly becomes boring. I personally stopped playing it after a week, because it was only fun, because it was something new, but now you can see that all those new gamemodes are there, just to get your money.(Except Rocket Racing, which only has car skins that don't impact gameplay)

LEGO builds in this game being locked behind a paywall is the stupidest thing I’ve ever seen. If you actually like LEGO enough to spend a lot of money on it then just buy a few real sets instead of something you can only use in a single mediocre survival game.

The Lego bundles being sold separately is probably going to break my Star Wars collection. I just don't have it in me to support them doing that. As a huge Star Wars fan, this update was AWFUL for cosmetics. No Skiff guard/general lando, no bespin luke, no other styles for the OT crew to match Lando (nobody matches him now besides Chewie), no other imperials, yoda facing the wrong way, AT-AT too fast and non-accurate audio, horrible Rocket Racing prices, and the list goes on. Awful.
Why is everything so expensive now?
The Darth Maul wheels are way cheaper on Rocket League. Only 400 CR as opposed to 700 Vbucks on Fortnite. You can get the wheels for basically 5 dollars.
I don’t see the Darth Maul stuff for Rocket Racing? Did they took them out? Or are they going two pop up when the shop resets?

I did the math and added up all the new starwars cosmetics (with the bundlable versions instead of the regular ones) and it all costs 20,000 Vbucks. Which is very overpriced!

But... that's why they put the newest additions to the shop at the top. Before it randomly switched every tab around daily as the spaghetti code for this game is horrible after employees were laid off and Tim wanted to be a pig.
