As I take on the challenge of a lifetime in this epic property transformation! 🌟 In a spontaneous and heartwarming moment, I knocked on a random stranger's door and asked if I could transform her property for free. The surprise and speechlessness on her face were priceless! I also surprised her with some Christmas Gifts.
Over the course of 2 weeks and more than 40 hours of hard work, I faced one of the most challenging properties I've ever encountered. From overcoming obstacles to embracing the unexpected, this project pushed me to the limit. But with determination, creativity, and a fantastic team, we accomplished the unthinkable!

Alex that was fun! One of the joys of living on a hill is that you can look out and see above the other houses for beautiful sunrises and sunsets. You gave that back to them which is priceless. A beautiful yard, somewhere they can heal from their grief of losing a Stepdad. You did a great job, you usually do and even added the "sauce" I had to laugh when all five of you were out there blowing all the leaves. Every week here in the apartment complex where I live and the streets around us you will see the guys out there blowing leaves out to the gutters where the guys with the truck come by with a sucking machine that sucks up all the leaves into there truck. Almost all the leaves have fallen so they will have a reprieve for a few months lol I wish you and your family a wonderful Christmas and your co-hearts of good will as well. See you next time! ❤❤❤❤

It must be so rewarding to you to see and hear the real, sincere appreciation when done from the homeowners. What a big boast to your personal morale, not just helping others but knowing you made a difference in someone else’s life. Of course you always do such an amazing makeover and this was no exception. All those orphan trees and overgrown was really blocking the view when pulling in or out of her driveway and the gutters overflowing with leaves was crazy. You made her home a safer place to live. I feel like you made it safer for the drivers in that intersection as well by clearing away all that brush and trees. You must have had mountain of a brush pile when done. The leaf blower army was something to behold. You reveal at the end was a total transformation from the start. Merry Christmas 🎄 🎁 to you and yours. Right off, not only is the owner going to be relieved with help for years of backlog, but neighbors are interacting and intrigued as well. The design order is coming back but further, the home is being re-connected visually to the neighborhood, as excess growth is cut back. Liked your use of the hedger on the ground cover. Also liked your safety-clearance on the corner and how trimming the shrubs made a rapid shift in neatness. It looks like you may have also been acting to clear power/phone lines in the process. The owner has done battle, as you are working on the house hedges, the sidewalks are clear and neat. Have to head to some work, will come back to finish watching. The trees you continued to cut were far overgrown. This home really did need major help. Thank you for taking/making the time to do so. Had noted leaf buildup on the roof, a great kindness to get up there and clear it. Impressed you were able to clear the gutters. You really put some thought into recognizing crisis conditions and working on solutions. Thanks for showing all the crew that pitched-in help. Nice teamwork on the leaves. Am realizing how much area there was to the property and the remarkable change in view. On your willingness to "add sauce", the shift from "doing a repair and cleanup" towards making something new and better, a step forward, was good. Being in the right place at the right time, congratulations. You turned out to be one step ahead of a need for help, comfort and the insurance investigator.
