The subject of scent and attraction is terribly, terribly romantic and such a rich discussion topic. You really produced a lot of great Halloween and fall content in 2016, much of which I still have yet to watch! I'm enjoying going through your back catalog of videos. since I'm caught up on your 2017 stuff.

I'd heard of this company, & it was so cool to hear from it's founder & artistic inspiration & get her thoughts & perspective on the world of fragrant candles. Liz IS a rock star & her artwork is wonderful! I'd be torn between All Hallows Eve & Holy Ground, altho they all sound so intriguing & well-done. The website is closed til Nov 7: so will have to postpone browsing for now. :-\ "Pumpkinhead"... We used that in our family too! Also Punkinhead - or Punkin, for short. Same meaning to us as Liz & her family. Interesting... And I'm of the same mind as you two are. Fragrance is most important; but it should look good while it's burning too & help take our imagination somewhere. (Oh... & appreciate the disclaimer, but didn't think the sound was that bad at all!) Thanks for bringing us this interview!🎃✨🎥

Hey Shane, Just wanted to let you know I emailed WCW, & told them how much we enjoyed the interview & appreciated them putting out such a high quality, artisan candle at an affordable price. Got a super nice email back from Liz. She is as real & down-to-earth as she is a gifted artist! Said the new Solstice/Winter candles will be on website soon... YEAH!! Take care out there xo✨🎄🌜

That's awesome! Thanks so much for doing that. And I'm sure it made her day, too. Yeah, her winter stuff sounds crazy fun. Great fantasy concepts: Christmas Mourning, Black Christmas, Krampus... Can't wait to check them out :)

I am currently burning Sleepy Hollow and it smells amazing. Thank you so much for lighting my way to it. ( that was so corny) Also, the package art is amazing. I just love it. I was thinking when I lit it tonight, that I couldn't wait for it to get lower in the jar, so it would light up the silhouette of the horseman on the label. Another awesome video, as per usual. Keep em' coming. 👍🏻🕯🎃

Sooooooo interesting!! I loved her labels!! Wow! There is such a beautiful elegance about them. And hearing her talk about the inspiration behind each creation seriously makes me want to make my own candles now. I am going to go check her products out. Thank you for the recommendation!

Rebekah Johnson .... Absolutely, Liz is incredibly inspiring. It was great to hear her story. And she was refreshingly humble, too. She's taking a small hiatus, but the her site will be ready for orders in a week or so. I can't say enough about all of her products.

LOVED this!!! I'm always excited to learn more about smaller candle companies b/c I while I actually PREFER to buy from them, w/out first seeing a review/ recommendation I'm often hesitant to try a new company - particularly online when I want to purchase at least several (to balance out S&H) - as I've been burned a few times in the past w/ largely scentless candles.
I'm not sure if it will fit in my budget before the holiday season but this brand will 100% be top on my list to try in the new year. Salem sounds like one I would love &, after a quick glance at even just the first page of their site, Pear Apple + Ginger will be a must try! (Any chance you've burned it?)
I truly did enjoy this video SO much. As a follow-up though I would LOVE to also see post-burn reviews of any/ all of their candles, either individually or collectively.
I of course realize this was a particularly special brand feature but am hoping that you will continue to include smaller brands on your channel.

P.S. My go-to smaller brand, albeit now more accurately described as mid-size rather than small, is Swan Creek Candle, I'm super lucky that I currently live very close to their flagship/ home location - though when I lived 500+ miles away they often travelled w/ me too! - but they are carried @ various places nationwide & do have free shipping w/ a relatively low minimum purchase. HIGHLY recommend!!
For a truly small brand my most recent "success story" is Candelles; I took a gamble on them this time (black fri) last year & have been overall very pleased. I would definitely purchase from them again & feel confident recommending them.

P.P.S. Totally agree re: the silliness of super fancy packaging!! It's one thing if the box is sturdy enough to truly be repurposed for storage or display, but otherwise it's truly just throwing away money!!

I know what you mean about purchasing in bulk especially without smelling. I think you'll be amazed with WCW's products. This little company is such a gem.
Thanks for the kindness, for watching and commenting!!

Aromatically Speaking Because this candle company has nothing to do with witchcraft. Thanks for watching.

Yep, she was great. She seriously does EVERYTHING herself. She must be so exhausted. I was so pleased to hear her story. She gave me boat loads of products, too. So I'll be doing analyses on those soon.
And I so so so appreciate your comment on the audio. It was an absolute nightmare to get it in a state where it was comprehensible. Santa is bringing me my gifts early this year... decent lavs and directional mics.
