Always start with C. The harder the start, the better the journey. C doesn't have much of the "easy" things in languages like C++, Java, Python. C is raw, it's like a coder's battlefield. The battle is hard, but the fruits are sweet. C pros are actual programming pros

@@jayshripatil2712 C++ is not easy compared to languages like Python, but the entire objective of C++ was to improve on the hard parts of C. Compared to C, C++ is a treat.
Well you are right I had started with C and then did C++ and it made C++ easier and my understanding better as it's more connected to the core so I would suggest u all the same

It's fine to have an opinion but next time try not to degrade someone.
I also recommend C programming first for every beginner. Python is easier then C, but leaning C first makes you a versatile learner and programmer.

C is still underrated language, as windows is developed with c, c++, and assembly, linux kernel is developed in c, it is origin of c++, and first among all modern languages(in my opinion). So, if c language is studied well, then u may become very successfull person in computer field, so obviously start with c

C any time and every time. I find it's syntax so much simpler than C++, plus the lack of complexity is refreshing. However, tackling problems in C is much harder and does require an in depth knowledge of what the hell you're doing.

Can you explain what were the short-comes (कमियां) 01:10 in C. In my opinion there are no short-comes in C. The development of C++ is another concept that is OOP (Object Oriented Programming).

c++ is a superset of c, so I am not sure why some folks think c++ is easier than c. I think it will be better to start with c++ and that too starting from the object-oriented part. If you learn c first and start writing complex code using the procedural method it will become hard to switch to the object-oriented way of thinking. Although procedural part of c++ is similar to c the most important thing it has added to the field of programming is the paradigm shift to OOP. The best way to teach c++ would be to initially spend very little time on the procedural part and dive right away into classes and other OOP concepts. And, cover things, such as, while, if, for etc. while you are covering OOP.

sir I have completed your 15h C lang course and I'm pretty comfortable with C now but the course doesn't include explanation about things like Shared objects, Linking, Header files, Makefiles, Compiler flags etc. (I don't have any idea what I'm talking about but these just are some terms I found online while looking up for some tutorials)
