Off topic but I felt it should be mentioned for educational purposes. You should always start the lug-nuts on the wheel stud by hand a few turns before using the impact wrench. If not, you risk damaging the threads on the stud and lug nut. 👍
You are not off topic at all. Neither of us had ever thought about it before and never considered how it could ruin the threads. We thank you so very much for sharing this info.
Great demo guys! And although we use strictly Milwaukee professional wrenches here, it's nice to see an impact wrench that is capable for the average DIYer. Cheers 🇨🇦
Nice stuff guys... never thought of keeping one in the car for lug nuts, great idea.
I am still in awe of how Jennifer was able to remove and reinstall the lug nuts so quickly and with no effort at all. I guess the it what an Impact Wrench is for. :-)

It was not necessary because it was a minor issue to us but they apologized and indicated they have addressed our concerns to their product manager. That is very impressive to me. It speaks volumes about the integrity of their company.
I had some products from deko. They are not bad but with the prices today and to add the fact that you already have a battery system from makita for example. You can by makita wrench

We sincerely believe that if we were just starting out, buying our first power tools this is a very very solid purchase for a low price.

my problem is that that female and male part doesn't mate properly... I ordered one off amazon on march I used deko attachment as well and it did not grip properly... I unfortunately checked it too late past the return date so hoping the extended warranty takes care of the issue...
I do not work for DEKO Tools so I am unable to make any promises, but I suggest contacting them and politely explaining the situation. They have always been polite to me so they just might provide you with what you require. You will never know unless you ask. I do hope they are able to assist. They have been wonderful to us and we like their company.
