    Transmuteing all that iron ore doesn’t take too long but I recommend if you don’t want to or already grinded smithing, you can use the money from dawnstar chest to just buy a bunch of room and leather and then made daggers. You can also get the banish enchant at lvl 18 I believe, and that allows you to sell the daggers for thousands of dollars and you make 10X profit! It skips the transmuting spell and it’s definitely faster

    I’ve got my own alterations to this method but it works. Mainly I tend to level smithing and enchanting at the same time. Dwarven bows for easy smithing and then put on turn undead or banish if you have it. You make money, level speech, level smithing, and level enchanting. Another vital asset is the enchantment found in Ironbind Barrow, fiery soul trap, as it allows for damage and for soul trap to fill gems easily. Then just go to cragnvar cave with the spiders and farm souls. And you can get more gens at the college of winterhold. Once you’re at level 100 you can fortify destruction to 100% which will keep you from using any enchantment charge on your weapon.

  • @Chrischi3TutorialLPs
    @Chrischi3TutorialLPs Před 6 lety +7

    You could probably have sped it up using perks, because the amount of XP you get scales with the amount of money the end result is worth (at least for potions and smiting that is the case, so id assume its the case for enchanting too) and so by using perks that make your enchanting stronger, you could level faster. Alternatively, you could have just made a ring that makes you make better potions, equip it, make a potion that makes you make better enchantments, drink it, and repeat the process, if your soul gems are big enough, you can abuse that system to get ridiculously strong items and level really fast, just make sure to dispose of the rings, as they could potentially wreck your save file, so just dump them in some remote part of a big body of water where youll never find them again.

  • @zaklamb1227
    @zaklamb1227 Před 5 lety +16

    There is slightly more efficent things you can do to level it up.
    First thing I'd suggest is to get married so you recieve the 20% bonus as well as the mage stone which is an obvious.
    Then I'd suggest stacking your stuff and saving them in your bag.
    Due to the input of money from the caravan you easily have enough money to buy leather and iron ingot to make iron daggers. Once again don't make these until you get your 20% bonus from lovers comfort.
    Finally if you choose to do this slightly slower you can level your perks alongside each level up, for example buy one handed of the red guard guy that roams around white run ... then pick pocket your money back to stay rich.
    Come the end of the cycle depending on the build your aiming for, you can realistically have a level 25 to 35 character with improved stats in the area your looking to develop whilst also achieving 100 enchanting ... you'll also be loaded 🖒

  • @mattenten
    @mattenten Před 3 lety +4

    Way late, but a good way would be:
    1) Save up some gold - you can get as much as you need from the dawnstar chest. There’s also a hidden chest just like this in front of solitude and another up the road from markarth. Also, grab all the soul gems/some random items to sell.
    2) Go to any blacksmith. Buy all their iron and leather strips. Quick save. Deal any damage the vendor. Quick load. This resets their inventory (including their gold if you have a bunch of stuff to sell.)
    3) Spam iron daggers. This ups your blacksmith level super fast and gives you extra stuff to enchant.
    4) Proceed to spam enchant
    OR
    1) Save up a little gold, maybe 2k or so.
    2) Go to the college in winterhold (Especially if you are early level).
    3) Find the old guy who trains enchanting. He likes to hang out in the arcaneum a fair bit.
    4) Train 1 level of enchanting. Quick save. Pickpocket back the gold you just paid him. Do this 5 times per level.
    5) As you proceed, your pickpocket level goes up quickly as well. Your character will gain several levels overall. After each, make sure to train 5 more times and pickpocket intermittently.
    Works really well to begin, incredibly fast, free, but gets much harder to pickpocket as your skill gets to the 50’s. More money to train = harder to pickpocket back.

    My strategy: always buy up the iron ore and every soul with exception of unfilled grand and great. Go hunting for animals and bandits. The animals fill the gems and the bandits give you boots and gloves. Transmute to make rings. Then put sneak on everything you wish to sell because it earns the most. You can sell the boots and gloves to armor sellers and the rings to general stores and the wizard in whiterun. Refill your stock as you go along. Remember to level your speech craft and get allure as soon as possible so that you won't run out of money buying the gems.

    1st Get the etherial crown from lost to the ages quest. Apply lovers stone, and then you get the mage stone (enchanting) or warrior stone (smithing)
    2nd Collect soul gem from the chest he showed at dawnstar or there's one in solitude as well. Get silver or gold ingot or ores if it has any. Find at least one somewhere.
    3rd duplicate glitch, go to front of whiterun, drop gold ingot and/or soul gem, follower pick it up, go through front gate and then go back into whiterun. Item will be in follow inventory AND on the floor. Do that until you have enough, yes you can do more than 1 but only individually meaning drop 1 by 1 not drop a stack of 100 and it duplicate 100, no won't do that.
    4th sleep next to your spouse not wearing the etherial crown. Don't have a spouse sleep anyways not wearing the crown.
    5th take all your duplicated gold or silver ingots and turn them into rings while wearing etherial crown and warrior stone active.
    6th go switch to the mage stone, take all those rings and enchant them.
    It's a little complex but it's faster and takes advantage of buffs to help things go even faster.

    The way that i did it is (remember to use the magic skill increase standing stone power and get something that lowers/raises buy/sell prices) I just bought a ton of empty petty soul gems and hunted deer with a bow while sneaking. It gets your archery and sneaking skill up. Once I have a ton of petty gems I went to all the smith's and bought iron ingots / leather strips to make daggers (ehich also raises speech and smiting) and enchanted the daggers with shock. Each shock dagger is worth like 120/220 with 15/100 enchanting and selling them raises speech and your gold obviously. It's a bit grindy and requires a lot of fast traveling but I maxed speech archery sneak enchanting smiting and made 73k gold in a single day.

    If you have the money for it, it is faster to 1) get the banish enchantment by attacking and reloading the blacksmith in solitude until he sells an item with it 2) buy iron ingots and leather straps from blacksmiths and smith daggers 3) get grand / greater soul gems from the chest you show (reload her inventory with the attack / reload trick) 4) enchant the daggers with banish + grand / greater soul gems. You can get the money for purchases by reloading the Dawnstar merchant and selling her back her enchanted robes, gathering a new robe each run. This also levels Speech.

    The more valuable the item is after you enchant it the more exp you get for the item as well, this is true for all crafting trees. If you can find or buy a fortify sneak anything and disenchant it, that will give you a very good enchant to grind with then yeah just use it on rings or what ever. Another great place to get soul gems, the as legit as it gets way, is to revisit the soul cairn and Velerica's lab just before the soul cairn anytime they reset. I know it can be a pain waiting until they do reset but Soul gems are just to expensive to buy and they're not terribly easy to farm either.

    • @venichord1744
      @venichord1744 Před 7 lety +1

      Yes you will get more exp per item you enchant when you get the perks so it is better not to power level from 15-100 without stopping to get the perks for enchanting. You are wasting soul gems if you do not because they tried to balance the leveling the best they could so every so many levels you gain there is a pretty big jump in required exp per level so try to get the perks as you go. If you have gold to burn then don't worry about it and just go for it.

It doesn't depend on the item value because i got the same exp as usual eventhough it came out as a million septim. I tried using different soul gems too and they increase the same amount as usual. The things that you stated above only works on disenchanting items.

    1) normalize your volume so the intro is about as loud as the rest of the video
    2) put an audio fade out at the end of your intro
    3) avoid using vocal fillers(things like "um", "uh", and "like"
    4) script out your videos. This avoids unnecessary rambling. It really doesn't take much time.
    5) watch your own video before you post it.

    What I always did was buy a bunch of iron from the shops, make as many daggers as I could, enchant them all with the highest value enchantment, and sell them all. This works really good because it increases your smithing, enchanting, speech, overall level, and also makes you filthy rich. I would definitely recommend this tactic if you are wanting to build on these perks.

    • @dalken_isthun

      The iron dagger method was patched out ages ago. Now smiting xp is based on the value of the item. Hence why smithing guides say to use the transmute spell and gold rings instead. One ingot makes two rings for a sum of 150 gold. Enchant it with fortify sneak, sell it, and start the cycle over again.

    • @dalken_isthun
      @dalken_isthun Před 2 lety +1

      @@24ozzIt gives the highest value on hand based items like rings. Useful for making some money back, but the value of the enchantment doesn't matter if you're just trying to level enchanting. Neither does putting two enchantments on one item. Each time you enchant an item you get a base amount of xp.
      If you spam the sneak enchantment it starts to lower in value so when you see that start to happen, it's best to mix it up with something like banish and so on.

    If you’re still playing Skyrim in 2019, the best way to do this is by getting a weapon that has the enchantment “Banish.” Banish is one of the rarest enchantments. I got said enchantment by getting the Axe of Whiterun from completing all the Dragonreach quests at level 34.
    Getting a bunch of iron daggers and enchanting them with Banish is the best way to raise your enchantment level and make money at the same time. After you’re done raising your enchantment, use those daggers, go to Belethors, and sell one dagger each for at least 800 septims each. Wait 48 hours and talk to him again and keep repeating this process.
