Dog and Butterfly is Heart's masterpiece, and Mistral Wind is my favorite Heart song.
Cool interview with Mike and Rog I had Dog and Butterfly 🐕🦋 back in my early teens all the way back to Dreamboat Annie saw them in 78 it truly was Magic 💗
You should do a live stream with the Fisher brothers..🙂👍🎸🍻
Thank you for the Making of Heart's Dog & Butterfly interview with Mike Fisher and Rodger Fisher.🎤🎸🎵🥁
Love this album!! So many layers of lusciousness and was soundtrack to late teens early twenties....amazing
This and Dreamboat are absolutely amazing albums and depending on my mood, either takes the top spot for me.
Great interesting video. Too bad the audio kept cutting in and out.
Dog and Butterly was an awesome album. Cook with fire and Mistral Wind were the best cuts on that album. Oh my, that was 42 years ago. Dang, I’m old. I had the opportunity to meet Mike Flicker and his younger brother in 1979.
I can't believe it's been that long. I think Dog and Butterfly is the best Heart album ever, with Little Queen and Dreamboat Annie right behind it.
I’ve been wondering about Cook with Fire FOREVER! Who wrote? It’s one of the absolute best Heart songs and I wish it was a whole live album and High Time comes in so sweetly!🎸
Heart was my 1st concert 1n 1978 and they opened with that.
If there is a song that Heart wrote and performed that resembled Stairway to Heaven, it is not Mistral Wind, but Love Alive.
Love Alive-and Mistral Wind-are two of my all time favorite pieces of music! Heart were one of the greatest of all time!
Time to pull out my vinyl ! Thank you for the interview, Brother John. Have a great Wednesday evening! God bless!
I Really Like this I remember 1979 Texxas Jam Heart was on the Dog and Butterfly There were some Great Bands there TKO Sammy Hagar Nazareth Van Halen Boston It had been over a hundred degrees and finally dark wind blowing light rain and Ann and Nancy were like Angels The Band was Awesome and the last Band that day Blue Oyster Cult was still playing at nearly 3 AM when we were leaving
My favorite is this and Magazine
A 💎 of iconic 🎶 thanks
Here’s a fact for you, if they were so vital to Heart’s success, how come nobody heard from them musically after they were fired?
I thought Mistral Wind was their tribute to Kashmir. Hearts version of prog.
🧡
I love hearing the guys, but why is the sound quality so bad? It's full of distortion. Is it on facetime or something? Sure wish we could hear them clearly.
