Also Bryan, I'm not sure if you will read this or think it's a good idea but I've been looking for a decent video on CZcams on how to strip apart the F30 interior roof head liner and side trim pieces etc in order to spray paint it black. I'm just wondering if you would consider making a video about the above topic.
I've been wanting to spray it back from the dull light grey lol
Holy wow loud!! Reminds me of being in the shop recently (during my crank hub install) and one rack over, an N54 with new turbos (and no cats, pipes or any exhaust) was fired up for a second to test.. I thought the building was going to come down! lol
This exhaust will fit perfectly in my country because everyone here are trying to make their cars as louder as they can :D Greeting from Bulgaria :)

No headers in s55 to fix the sound the pipe should be equale length
My M4 was fully straight piped too! Catless downpipes, secondary cat delete, resonator delete, and muffler delete. It drones way too much and it’s way too loud. With the muffler and resonator on, it’s way better.
No way I would keep that :(, I will get coursed more than its sounds amazing!
I knew I didn't want to straight pipe my F30 335i, just further confirms it, lol.
Ended up going with a Borla Atak exhaust and I love it. It's still preposterously loud though

I need to hear an s55 without piping after the downpipe.. need to hear if that rattle can characteristic is gone. it's still present on this exhaust.

Hey man, I love the vids. I too have an f80 m3 so if you do happen to see this, what kind of mods are musts for the car? First im looking for cosmetics right now, which diffuser, which front bumper with that black on the sides. Any advice would be cool.
I went race exhaust, and lowered it and those are really the only things it needs off the bat. Then M performance parts - diffuser, mirror caps, and rear spoiler
I know much it sucks being straight pipe lol luckily I got the Mppsk with the CG Percision valve controller so I can open and close it when ever I want

I had a buddy who has an f80 with catless down pipe, AA mid pipe and m performance muffler and it sounded soooo loud like it hurt my ears just hearing it outside. Sounded good tho just loud
I’ve had the AWE track exhaust mated to stock DP on my F80 for a year. I may be 32 but when I get in that car I am 12 again. I love it only except when my wife is in the car, then I feel a little embarrassed. Only live once, got to have fun!

Most exhaust goes up to 95db.
That thing sounds like it idles at 95db’s... then you hit the gas and its a whole other story 😆

Funny in that in the interior it just does not sound that loud. A drone is a resonance at a particular frequency (RPM). Don't really hear that either but I am certain you do.
At least the speaker exhaust aides are either disconnected or overwhelmed.
