Peters is probably the first mainstream/modern day comic I got into. Followed Peters for years hearing about his life story and antics. always seemed to be a decent guy, glad the Honeydew Crew is getting a piece of him!

I worked at the airport at the time and met him and his brother when they arrived, he made fun of my black eye 😂 and next day at the concert his brother recognised me and walk us past 300 people who were queuing up to get his autograph and a pic. I am 34 and I am a latch key kid. I remember being in second grade and walking to and from school on my own. Making myself food since that age and being very responsible. Selling gum that my parents got for free at work. Hustler here. Now my kids are soooo damn lazy they are under 9 and won't even bend over to pick up a dollar bill. I always have some change the ice cream man stop at my house daily!!

Idk how familiar Ryan is with the Raptors organization, but we would be putting up over 20,000 in the old SkyDome, the Baseball field before we had the now Scotia Bank Arena. The Scotia Bank was known as the Air Canada Centre before, Vince Carter sold that place out himself in the early days. In fact, that arena was built for the Raptors. Not the Maple Leafs. The Maple Leafs just needed a new place and got it with the ACC. The sightlines the ability for courtside seats, it was all tailored for the Raptors really. We had been selling that place out for years! The only time I can maybe remember where it wasn't constantly 18,000-19,000 packed out every night, was after the Carter trade to the Nets, but even then, it was a hot ticket in town because it was still relatively new. Then Bosh came and he got us to the playoffs and you know we were selling out then.
